Health And Glow — service and attitude is not good

I went to health & glow (Hsr layout 27th main) to return a olay product. The staff told i could return the product and cannot get the refund of it and i should buy something else in lieu of it. They were not ready to give a credit note as well. I was in a hurry to catch a flight and i have to select the products which will be worth of 600 rs. This was so ridiculous as they don't even give a credit note where we can buy at a later point of time. Even the manager and staff are very rude at me.
