Complaint against HEALTH MUG (Online pharmacy) Mumbai Their email ID [protected]@healthmug.com Our grievance stands as follows ORDER IDO D[protected] SUBJECT Viola Odorata Medicine supplied twice every time as old at 2 and half years and now refusing to replace or refund. Daylight robbery and misusing the trist of people by taking full advance payment. Instead of replacing or refund they are asking us to consult a doctor. What a strange logic to fool us. Doctor's consultation? Why? You have persistently supplied two and half years' old medicine and as per your policy, we have right to return it back, any medicine, if we are not satisfied with for what so ever reason, we could return it in seven days. We have informed you immediately to arrange for a return pick up but instead of replacing or refunding our money, what you are doing, advising us to consult a doctor. Why? Because trusting on you, we made advance payment and now you can make us play at your tune. So this is your policy to do business. Do not constrain us to take up the matter to the consumer court for your such manipulated reply, amounting to restricted trade practice. We are forwarding the matter to the consumer court under the consumer protection act, 2019 entirely you risk and cost and consequences, which make a legal note of.
