Hlw sir I placed order for some medicines on health mug (http://www.healthmug.com/) on the 8th of november, 2018 and also made the full payment using my debit card. The medicines were dispatched on the 9th of november and has not reached me in tripura, agartala, pin -799009 even today (30th august, 2016). "we have communicated the dispatch department of the issue at hand. Also, has been call to the company xpressbees no - awb[protected] they told me numbar is worng,, helth mug coster service they told me 72 hour wait,, two time today they say me wait for a weak.. Costamar care service so poor.. They cut my call berfore finish my talking to them. Still now got no response from them. My eamil id - [protected]@gmail.com. My order was cancelled on 01/08/2020.When I talked to customercare, he said the ordered amount was refunded to me. But the amount 470/- not refunded to me. Plz solve my problem.
