Medicine supplied twice every time as old at 2 and half years and now refusing to replace or refund. Daylight robbery and misusing the trist of people by taking full advance payment.

Instead of replacing or refund they are asking us to consult a doctor. What a strange logic to fool us.
Doctor's consultation? Why?
You have persistently supplied two and half years' old medicine and as per your policy, we have right to return it back, any medicine, if we are not satisfied with for what so ever reason, we could return it in seven days. We have informed you immediately to arrange for a return pick up but instead of replacing or refunding our money, what you are doing, advising us to consult a doctor. Why? Because trusting on you, we made advance payment and now you can make us play at your tune. So this is your policy to do business. Do not constrain us to take up the matter to the consumer court for your such manipulated reply, amounting to restricted trade practice. We are forwarding the matter to the consumer court under the consumer protection act, 2019 entirely you risk and cost and consequences, which make a legal note of.

No response from them still after repeated complaints to replace 2 years old medicine with a fresh one.

1. you have delivered 6 bottles of medicines as per our order detailed above.

2. Out of the six bottles, one bottle was regretfully found over 2 years old.

3. Snapshots of front and back portion of the bottle box, depicting all the details, medicine name, batch number and manufacturing date as 9/2021 are put here below for you ready reference.

4. Arrange for an immediate return pickup, to replace this bottle with fresh batch bottle, which is not 2 years old.

I have ordered Himalaya soap in the Healthmug company.they didn't send.I have paid RS 570 by Google pay.they refused to refund via Google pay.

I ordered a product from Healthmug on 19 nov, 2021. I have not received even today. Refund was also initiated. Contacted customer care twice. No proper action taken

No refund till now..
They've sent me wrong item earlier and they are not responding to calls and e-mails as well.

I have received today 14.09.2021 only 2 of your products namely Phytolacca Berry tablets & Belladonna 30 CH I ordered 4 products out which Bioforce Bloombe66(Corn) ointment 20 g & Willmar Schwabe India Ranunculus Bulbosus 1X(Q)(30 ml) has NOT COME TILL NOW. But as per the order number I have paid full Rs.686/- & it shows that all the products (4) as shipped. What is this??? I want the 2 of the balance order to be shipped today to me or I want balance Rupees 285 + 50 = Rs.330/- to be credited to my account with HDFC Bank Ac no. [protected] Ifsc Code no. I ordered 4 items on 5th June and paid money. As these are all medicines and order accepted, we assume that the items gets delivered by the said date.
what happened is 3 items were delivered on 12th June and and on 14th June 4th item was cancelled automatically and status shows RTO is in progress. When you call Customer care, they say it is cancelled and disconnect the phone without completing the conversation and no mention about how your money comeback.

Two Issues:

1. The medicine got delayed by one week plus time.
2. Item gets cancelled without your knowledge.

so, the experience is very bad and buying medicines here is non-reliable.

I purchased Max man Capsule, 1st Order was genuine, but 2nd Order came 22nd April.21 was fake item, you guys cheated.. I want my money back, otherwise I will file a case against you...

They told me that they will deliver my product on 15th August! Till now they didn’t even dispatch my order, moreover nobody is picking up the call on helpline number.

Kindly help me out as there is no way I can contact them and neither it seems they will return my money back.

Healthmug is FRAUD

Order ID - OD[protected] which was placed on[protected] and healthmug company scheduled delivery on[protected]. The medicine is yet to be received[protected] at my end. I have lodged 3 complaints through their website yielding no result. I have called 3-4 times over phone ([protected]) to enquire about delivery of medicines and every time listening some story with false promises.

Medicines are ordered in urgency, nobody loves to buy medicines for luxury. But the company is not realising the urgency,

I purchased medicines from healthmug (Order no od[protected]), healthmug is worst and they tricked me. One medicine was broken and 3 medicine bottles missing and now healthmug is playing and fooling around by not refunding or helping me. I request indians to make note never ever to rely on healthmug and ban this website immediately.

You guys are dealing with medicines not any cleaning products don't play with people's sentiments, i declare your service as respect less, company money doesn't matter those who relay on your medicine what they should do. Careless delivery partner.

Medicine shipped on 09-april-19, is not arrived till 27-april -19. Company is responding rarely asking for cooperation, while they are not ready to re-ship, or refund.
Should not pay in advance to such companies and should do cod so that under such cases order can be cancelled and they should bear the pain to get the lost shipment returned.
They are still using most failed courier services like dtdc

No communication received from the app.
Really disappointing with the services.
You should understand you are delivering medicine & not general products. Patient is waiting for the medicine and some people in app logistic team not understanding the urgency. Very sorry to say i booked my medicine through your app.

While booking the order estimated delivery was showing 2-3 days but when order was booked its showing 9-10 days. I have called customer care on several occasions but getting false assurance nor they are ready to register a complain on the issue.
On product like medicine how irresponsible their attitude is..!
Misguiding customer i am not at all recommending this portal to any one

The medicines were dispatched on the 9th of november and has not reached me in tripura, agartala, pin -799009 even today (30th august, 2016). "we have communicated the dispatch department of the issue at hand. Also, has been call to the company xpressbees no - awb[protected] they told me numbar is worng,, helth mug coster service they told me 72 hour wait,, two time today they say me wait for a weak.. Costamar care service so poor.. They cut my call berfore finish my talking to them. Still now got no response from them.

It is about two months when i ordered the homeopathic medicine with full advance payments, but i received the wrong medicines. Despite of several reminders over phone and complaints on 'contact us' i have been given only false assurances. I am still waiting for the right medicines for me.

I have ordered 2 packs of garcinia cambogia of which i found one of them was empty, seal broken, used previously so i would like to return the order and want a refund for both the bottles as i don't think this is a genuine medicine
I am expecting a serious action to be taken and want my money refunded without any delay. I hope my complaint would be delivered and my money would be refunded without a single rupee less.

One of the worst online, cheater retailer this one, i was order for november27 till now didn't get my product was paid already, they send me message product dispatched with docket number i was waiting more than 7 days couldn't even track after 4th hence i went to ask courier they said no update from our side you go to ask that online retailer be aware

Till date item not delivered and site mentioned for tracking the courier is not available. Is this a fraud company trying to fleece public by false commitments of selling items. Need an answer immediately.

I have submitted homeopathic medicines on date 16 aug 2017 and i had already make payment via credit card rs 563, and as my account is showing that the consignment had dispatched from shivam homoeo pharmacy on date 21 aug 2017 and its showing that estimated delivery on date25 aug, 2017, still i have not yet received that consignment,

I had placed the subject order for supply of homeopathic medicines. The order was confirmed on online payment by me of rs.481/- using my credit card.

I got a confirmatory message from health mug that my order is confirmed.

I have not got any feed back as to when the goods will be delivered and the current status.

I would like to know, when the delivery will take place, since it is around 10 days since placing of order.

I tired contacting their phone no. Mentioned in the website. Either it is engaged or nobody is lifting the phone.

If the supply cannot be made, at least a refund should be made immediately.
