Health Total Anjali Mukerjee — cheating and non refund of assured services

Promises are made to break...above that don't have manners to talk with customer.Very much hurt and disappointed

I took 20 week package from kormangala center for 15 kg weight loss . First 10 weeks I was able to lose weight around 8 kg as I had good doctor and dietician later due to some issues my file was transferred to HSR layout center after 2 weeks my bad as I am onsite client unaware what is going at their end suddenly no one was picking calls nor msging then later after 2 weeks senior doctor calls and tells me your file is transferred to Indiranagar
So unprofessional bad customer service it’s been 18 weeks now still my weight is same as what it was after finishing 10 weeks of the course. When I said due to your issues and problems I did not receive good service for 4 weeks you need to compensate those weeks
No positive response.
You guys need to be taught a lesson not to play with people’s money and emotions.
If no action taken will file a complaint at consumer court .

I took 7 months package in Jan 2020 for which I paid initial 2 months EMI and balance 5 months as an EMI from Bajaj Finserv. I paid another 2 months EMI regularly but lockdown started hence they stopped the delivery of their product. Due to Financial crunch I asked their coordinator to stop further deliveries as i was not in position to pay further EMI so they stopped their services but now Bajaj Finserv is chasing for the rest of the EMIs as Anjali Mukerjee's fraud company doesn't have refund policy.

Without using their product for last 4 month they are asking us to pay which I am not willing to do. Now Mails being sent, several phone calls with Ms. Savita, Mr. Rohit Tambe and other coordinators, they don't even bother to respond back.

Being into service industry and that too spending so much of money on Branding and Mktg, I think they should be little customer centric. I am going to file a complaint against them in Consumer court as it's a mental torture to receive 4-5 calls and SMS bombarding in a day by Bajaj Finserv.

This company is just behind money. I had the worst experience with Andheri Centre. They trap you every time you visit and make you buy stuff from there as a result you always end up paying more and more.
Cheaters and dishonest people. People should ban such fake weight loss programs.
Since 2 months they are promising to send me the herbs still haven’t received.
I paid 21, 000 and literally wasted.

I ordered 4 detox boxes in Feb. 2021. All 4 boxes have labeled as Feb. 2021. However, sachets in the boxes are of expired dates.
Sachets expiry date 18th March 2021 .. IT is a mixture of old and new sachets.

Anjali Mukerjii is running this scam via her daughter's(Suchita Mukerjii) instagram account too under a new name "Pcostohealth". Please be sure to report this instagram account as fraud.
i too Got scammed in the exact same fashion as ladies above today.I paid nearly 6500 INR.
I was dealing directly with Suchita Mukerjii and she was very rude and unprofessional. She berated me with a "Haha go ahead" when i told her i will share my review with other women.

Need support from the ladies here to report this account (pcostohealth) on instagram as fraud and paste their reviews their too.
