I took Detox Diabetic management programe for 10 months on 29 Sept 2019. I was also being told to subscribe for Homeopathy for 10 months along with this programe as it is co related wherein I had refused to do homeopathy as the primary plan already included Ayurvedic medicines and I was not comfortable taking both the different types of medicines. But as suggested and recommended by your Doctor's I went with both the membership.

I started with my first consultation on 30 Sept 2019.
I did what all was told to me by the 3 doctors( dietician, Ayurvedic doc and Homeopathic doctor). It was going good.
Almost everytime I visited the centre as and when I was asked to, doc gave me long list to purchase items from their store( in the name of diet stuff) and prescribed new medicines along with ayurvedic tablets given to me at clinic.
In Nov 2019 and also in Feb 2020, I had specifically informed the doctors that I'm not feeling well after taking the medicines given by them. ( Not sure which one it was, whether Ayurvedic Prescribed medicines, or Ayurvedic medicines given at time of consultation or Homeopathic medicines as I don't know the contents of medicines as the source of medicines is unclear to me)
But everytime they said it happens, you'll get used to it. You are loosing weight and hence you are feeling likethat.
At the time of admission, I had informed the entire doctors and receptionist about my medical history and hence wanted somebody senior or better experienced doctor to assist me with the Weight management with no side effects .
BUT IM SORRY TO SAY NOBODY PAID ATTENTION AND MY SITUATION WORSENED.
My liver had swelling and I was feeling bloated, had issues in passing motions.
No change in my weight was observed, diabetes level was in same state even after following diet and exercise and medicines prescribed by your Doctor's but one thing got deteriorated and that is my overall Health.

My Doctor - Harsh Parikh - Endocrinologist immediately asked me to stop the medicines given in the name of Homeopathic and ayurvedic doses as it was not helping me but harming me .

I immediately informed the centre and updated them about my concern. But no help was offered.
After I wrote on social media tagging Ms Anjali Mukherjee, about this dissatisfaction, I got a call from the head office and they offered a meeting to discuss this in detail. But unfortunately Lockdown was announced and we couldn’t meet . Post the Lockdown was lift I tried calling the Bhayandar office and Head office but nobody responded to my calls. Finally I visited the Bhayandar centre 2 months back and asked them about the status of my last follow up but as usual they were not helpful and kept on saying to write to head office directly as they don’t have any information.

It is so strange that while selling they are ready to give you all the information but if somebody is raising any issues or has any concern they don’t have any answers.

I would really appreciate if this matter is taken seriously and proper resolution is done .

After 2 months no weight loss happened rather now thay have cut the diet to intermitent fasting

It was a worst experience of my life. I had gone for an inquiry on weightloss.. They forced me to take the offer and concession going on for women on woman's day. Later without taking any sessions or even starting the plan i requested them that i want to opt out since my husband is not allowing me to go for this. I spoke with hell lot of people and narrated my problem... But they without having any humanity said they can't refund my money. It's a very long and tearful experience with health total anjali mukerji... It's a group of cheaters... Fraudsters... Inhuman... Money suckers..

I took the ten week package with malad west center. While joining they take a pre-payment of the services they are going to provide and there is not refund of the amount if you are not satisfied with their service or do not want to continue with the service and this i came to know only after i asked for the refund of the amount for the service i did not avail.

Further, i was promised an assured 8kg weight loss.in total 8weeks i did not lose a single kg the weight fluctuated less than a kg. They claim to work without crash diet but my food chart was reduced to boiled chana for lunch and other stuffs. Also they gave me some unrecognized ayurveda medicines which i feel did more harm than benefit. I was sent to a new dietician every time i visited. Plus all they were interested in was selling their low fat aata and products.

When i informed i did not want to continue and asked for refund i was made to attend endless calls after calls. Their "assured weight loss" is a scam. I wrote them email and tried to contact over phone but of no use they did not revert my emails or my calls nor did refund my money for which i had not availed any service.

I am just asking for the amount of which i have not availed the service i. E rs 10000 and not the complete amount i. E rs. 16000.

I had joined health total anjali mukharjee weight loss program at their bhayander west center and paid them 18, 000 for 10 weeks program.in first 3 weeks i lost 5kgs but nothing after that just few grms.. They give herbal tablets to eat which is about 15-18 in a day and apart from that they tell you buy medicines from outside.. Then they tell you buy stuff from the centre like chips, chalkis, aata and juices..in the 7th week they forced me to upgrade my program for another 5 weeks and i paid anoyher 9500 for it.. But then i moved city and i informed them to refund my 9500 as i didnt go for even a single session to which they denied saying their policy is no refund.. Which all # crap.. These people only cheat their customes and are fake.. They just want money out of their customers nothing else.. They told me when you come back to mumbai that time continue your progam whrer in i informed them i have moved out of mumbai permanently still these cheats didnt return my money.. Bloody fake cheaters they are..
