With high disappointment i am writing this, i have made payment of rs. 14699 & 3000 on 14th december for health insurance policy, at that time i was informed that i would receive my health card within 10 days. But have not received till date, nor am i receiving proper response from the customer care team. I had sent a mail for cancellation of the same, i was told that i will get a refund of my amount, and i have neither received the same. Kindly take this on high priority and refund my amount.
