On 15th jan i got sales person call for makar shankranti offer for health care for 5 years validity with rs.10999, elite plus plan for 4 members, with emi payment, 20% cash back. Full description and details provided by mr. Mukul (Sr. Relationship manager [protected], [protected], [protected]). I have full voice recording. I paid sum of rs.5000 as much as i can pay, paytm link sent and have also bank details : ac. No.- [protected], ifsc :kkbk0000201. For payment. As commited to give receipt and plan soft copy on mail. But i didn't received any. When i followed-up, they sent welcome letter and invoice slip of rs.5000 for basic plan with validity of 1 year.
