With high disappointment i am writing this, i have made payment of Rs. 14699 & 3000 on 14th December for health insurance policy, at that time i was informed that i would receive my Health card within 10 days. but have not received till date, nor am i receiving proper response from the customer care team. i had sent a mail for cancellation of the same, i was told that i will get a refund of my amount, and i have neither received the same. kindly take this on high priority and refund my amount. for quick reference please find below my details Compaign Code: CIL001HFI009 b) Temporary Policy No.: HFI586787 c) Given amount: Rs.14699/- & Rs.3000/- (Payment trough: SBI credit card)
