I am writing to formally lodge a grievance regarding the highly unprofessional service I received today, 07/07/2025.
I had scheduled a diagnostic appointment with your team for 6:30 AM, which was clearly confirmed at the time of booking. However, no phlebotomist arrived, and there was absolutely no communication or update from your end. To make matters worse, I only received a call at 8:30 AM, two full hours later, by which time the delay had already caused significant disruption to my work schedule.
This kind of irresponsible behavior and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially in the healthcare domain where timely service is crucial. Moreover, your customer support has been non-responsive and unhelpful, which only adds to my frustration.
I expect Healthians to take full responsibility for this incident and to ensure this does not happen to any other customer in the future. I also request a formal explanation and assurance of corrective action.
