Also my urine reports for which they were supposed to collect next day nobody has come. Payment already done

I had scheduled a diagnostic appointment with your team for 6:30 AM, which was clearly confirmed at the time of booking. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Healthian, specifically regarding the actions of their executive, Mr. Pradhan (Contact Number: [protected]). He engaged in unethical behavior, including making false promises about service pricing and later harassing me when I attempted to resolve the issue.
Incident Details:

1. Initial Offer and Payment:
- On June 23rd, 2024, Mr. Pradhan contacted me via WhatsApp offering a discounted price for a full body health checkup with Vitamin Screening. The original price was ₹1770, but Mr. Pradhan offered to reduce it to ₹1600, promising to cover the ₹170 difference himself to help meet his sales targets.
- I accepted the offer and scheduled the blood sample collection for June 26th, 2024. However, on the day of the collection, a different individual arrived to collect the sample and requested the full payment of ₹1770. Upon contacting Mr. Pradhan, he assured me that I should pay the full amount and that he would refund the ₹170 later.
- Trusting his word, I paid the full amount via UPI.

2. Failure to Refund and Subsequent Non-Responsiveness:
- After the payment, I attempted multiple times to contact Mr. Pradhan regarding the promised refund. He did not respond to my calls or messages, leaving me feeling deceived.
- I also contacted Healthian Customer Care and informed them of the situation. They assured me that a link would be provided for the refund, but I never received it.

3. Harassment and Rude Behavior:
- On August 10th, 2024, Mr. Pradhan contacted me again with a new promotional offer. When I questioned him about the unresolved refund from the previous incident, he responded rudely and abusively. He then deleted his abusive messages, but the distress caused by his behavior was significant.
- This conduct is entirely unprofessional and has left me feeling harassed.

Request for Resolution:
I request that your office take immediate action against Healthian and Mr. Pradhan (Contact Number: [protected]) for the following reasons:
- Fraudulent Misrepresentation: Offering a discount and failing to honor it constitutes fraud.
- Harassment: Mr. Pradhan's rude and abusive behavior is unacceptable and has caused significant distress.
- Failure to Resolve: Despite reaching out to Healthian Customer Care, no resolution has been provided.

I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that I receive the refund of ₹170 as promised, along with an apology for the harassment I have endured. Additionally, I request that strict action be taken against Mr. Pradhan to prevent such incidents from happening to other customers.

Unprofessional

I did my husband liver function report . In that report SGOT 220 and we concern liver specialist and he got a doubt in this report coz sgot is high then sgpt also it should be high but it was normal so doctor suggested me to do ur report again. And we did in my other report SGOT IS 42 . I was trust healthians report my husband will be in false treatment for his liver . I try to complain in company but I didnt got any solution.

They are unnecessarily troubling us by calling for like more than 50 times a day in order to book from them. Inspite of telling them repeatedly they still calling us...

I booked one radiology test and they booked an order for me but they shared the wrong address when I visited there they sent me to another place their they said Healthians made the wrong book, even I shared Healthians my doctor's prescription still they booked the wrong test and the center was asking for 2x amount than the discussed amount by the healthian.

I have undergone full body blood test from Healthians and got reports which was very higher. My Doctor was prescribing so many medicines as per the reports which I was shocked. I suspected the report and discussed the same with my Dr. He asked to do blood test again for cross verification.

I have done my wife's health check through healthians which cost the health plan of Rs.800 including all the blood tests And It was shocking that in her Fasting blood sugar the value was 119.14mg/dl whose value is more than the range 70-100 which is considered as prediabetes and for us it was not possible at all. We have done the blood testing again from authorised center specially for Sugar and the results I got for fasting blood sugar is just 77. So how much incorrect reports you are providing it is just ridiculous. In Cheap price you are providing incorrect and fake results. As a customer we analyse our health from the reports itself and what you are providing just see. DON'T TRUST HEALTHIANS AT ALL AND RETURN ME MY RS.800 WHICH I HAVE WASTED.

I placed an order for Nutriboost capsules through Healthians website on 7th December 2022 and then cancelled order on same day. But till today, December 19th, I have not received the refund. I am following up with the customer care support almost everyday. Everytime they say it will be refunded in 24 to 48 hours, 2 to 4 hours but still its not processed and I have not received the amount.
This is the worst and Pathetic...

I availed of a lab test sometime last year with this company. Ever since it was completed, they constantly bombard my phone with promotional smses. The problem is that, the sms calls out my health values which came out from my report. The SMS says your Vitamin B level was LOW (value added)... time for next check up. My lab report is private to me, how does a company get access to my health levels and sell me a package based on that? Additionally my number is under DND yet they manage to send me SMSes. Now if I ever need a lab package, I would never ever select Healthians neither will i recommend this company!

I highly doubt that the test results given by Healthians are incorrect. The reason for that being is I had to undergo a serum creatinine test from another hospital before the day I took the vitamins+ Full body checkup from Healthians, which includes the creatinine test as well both the tests were mismatching, and I compared both my results with the test I took couple of months ago which matches with the result from the one I took in the hospital....

Company took blood sample from home and we paid online to them shared screenshot and after a day company refused that payment not received in account and they refused to deliver our report, we have confirmed with our bank that they have received money in their account also transaction number shared with their customer care over email and watsapp, as on date report not received this fraud happened with us

I contacted them to do a T.T test prescribed by my doctor and also since I was giving sample anyways was looking to dona health check up for me and my parents.
They did not include the test which was promised and just gave some of the test which was not asked for.
Moreover after complaining, they agreed to their wrong doing and promised that they will resend sample collector 3 days later (13 dec, 9.30 AM) .
On the scheduled time no one contacted me or turned up.
They are bunch of liars and incompetent guys.Organization such as these make customer loose trust on startups

My self requested Lab test dated on 23 Oct 2021 and Sample collection carried out by Executive after 1 hr from Home.During collection myself paid online payment to their executive and same is accepted and communicated to me my Lab test result will received over your contact details.
He also confirmed the my contact no and email id to avoid any future concerns.
My self are awaited for the lab test report status and same get contacted to sample collection executive for status at Evening time.he told wait our central team will be co-ordinate with you.
My self are awaited till 25 Oct 2021 till 10: 00 am but no response received over Phone call- message or Email Id.
Then are myself connected with Customer care executive related to lab test status and she communicated your payment not received so, we dispose your sample -WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION TO CUSTOMER

Here myself not able understand related to process of contingency of E -Transactions are failed case how to react customer ??

Is it right way to dispose sample without intimation to customer ?
If payment not received then no need to contact customer ??
If after concerns raised by customer then can arrange the re payment facility along with re -test sample collection ?

I booked a test worth 1175 on 30th March which was cancelled on the same day for which they said that they will give refund within 5-6 working days but till now no refund has been given to me

Had booked covid rt-pcr test for 3 persons. The test report for 2 person only came and they told that refund will be processed for third person. Had paid him cash when collecting sample. Now they are not reverting. Its been more than one week i have been trying following up.

I booked lab test from healthian dot com for pcod pcos. My booking id is[protected] the customer representative asked me to book complete body checkup package. I booked the same.
After receiving reports i checked the status for pcod pcos test was ' result awaiting'
I am contacting them since 16 days, it's still pending. Though initially they mentioned that i will get the report within 48 hours.
