Payment 125 rupees was done by credit card
But still item not delevered
I haven't receive any single call from healthcart
It's very unresponsive behaviour
When i try to call them they don't pic the call i tried many time in day but there is no response if they can't provide my order
They have to return my money shortly

    I have placed one order, my money has been debited from my account which is 5389 rupess but order not placed from the site and now i spoke with customer support about this he said it will take 7-10 days to refund. I adviced him to place an new order from your end immediately because its an urgent request but he denied he said, you will have to wait for 7-10 days or else you order by cash on delievery, i said i will not pay anymoney anymore, my money has been deducted from my account now i need order, i didn't said to refund my money i only said if my money debited and order not placed then place another order manually but he denied. His name is kapil and his manager name is bharat. I request you to consumer court to check this with healthkart and get the order placed immediately as it was an urgent need i can't wait for 7-10 days or else i need my debited money now. My no.     Dear team,
    This is my 1st and last order with you, a very poor service by healthkart really a disappointed one, ETA was for yesterday and still product has not been delievered on my home. When i called field guy he said he was not able to search my address then what he did he went to next deleivery without even calling me and now when i have called to him he said i am going to rohini for delivery. Even their healthkart portal status not upgraded from last 2 days. A very very poor service by healthkart who doesn't give value to the time. by this healthkart is just making fool of their customer.
    Payment was done by card but i haven’t received my order yet whereas the est delivery date has been surpassed.

      On (18/5/2018) i visited hk store at mohali. That guy there didn't give me any bill and charged extra money from me. Is this a way to treat ur customers. This is not the first time i didn't received a bill from ur store. Every time i purchase the product that guy over there didn't give me any kind of receipt or bill. How do i trust on ur brand then. I even pay extra money to buy from u guys. Why should i pay extra then i can easily get supplements from the market without bill at cheapest price. I even reported at healthkart customer care i mailed them but they didn't come up with any solution. Is this a way to treat ur customers.

      same thing again. my apologies what am i gonna do with ur apologies. is this gonna happen again and again. okay lets do one thing next time when i want to purchase any product i just write thanks to u on a piece of paper inspite of any money. are u ok with that
      As mentioned the last day of delivery is 24 may nd today is 25 when I'll get my product as it is much important for me because I have paid already for it please deliver it as soon as possible please or otherwise I would bound to take action against it.

        This is Md Shahbaaz i have placed an order on 11/05/2018.Today i got the delivery of 3 products for which healthkart charged me 6, 721 which is cash on delivery which MB whey protein MB pre workout but MB bcaa is missing.I have been a healtkart satisfied customer from long time n was trusting it blindly.But today s experience is totally nuisance how can healthkart do such a shameless act.How can healtkart charging the money and not delivering the product.
        I will take the action legally if necessary steps will not be taken.

            I think so healthkart selling fake product, 6 month before I bought this muscleblaze creapro product from Amazon it's gives me great result but now I bought from healthkart it waste of our money.After taking this creatine I am getting Diarrhea and nausea.i complain to customer care they not responding properly and I asked I want to return this product for that customer care telling without open product only we can accept after why you keeping 14 days return policy.please shutdown your website.

              Order my ultimate nutrition on 27th april then the date was 4th april i called them up they said sir within 24 hr your product will be in hands and i m calling them right now they won't answer. And i started eating that suppliment the taste is also different and i got loose motion. Their is no effect on the body. You are selling fake products!                 I have ordered an ON (optimum nutrition) serious mass, 6lb chocolate on 4th april-2018. I got the product after waiting so long yesterday. I got a call from the delivery boy at around 7PM asking for the apology that he delivered the false product.Now this is something very disappointing that waiting from so many days, i got something else.
                Suggestion-Please, keep the quality and time of delivery in mind.

                Already i paid for my order and still i have not got what is mine.Such a poor delivery system and your customers will be reverse back from you.As we thought u are delivering to metro cities withing 2-3 days but still without any updates and all .Its better if i have brought from any other stores.

                  I have been a regular customer of health kart since a very long. I’ve visited healthkart store & purchased whey protein of on worth 5700. Now the problem is when i opened the box it was the cookies flavour & not the chocolate flavour. I have never taken cookies flavour which actually is making trouble for me whenever consumed. I’ve just taken 1 scoop & the box was purchased on 27th of march 2018. Need this to be rectified.

                      Sir,
                      I purchased on whey protein 5 lbs from healthkart on 6th dec 2017. I have already consuming a on whey protein of same flovour. So i unopend the product until yesterday, when i opened the product i can see that there is no seal in the neckband, i douted the product is fake. My previous product of same quantity has sealed properly. Here a celo tape is used to seal the product. I have seen that the powder is not easily soluable in the water and after consuming i have problems in my stomach, the taste is different at every time. Then i damn sure they added some kind of other things instead of original whey. You are trying to cheat us by giving fake suppliment. I lost almost 6800 rs for purchasing this fake product.. What can you do against this please connect with me.

                      I ordered proburst whey protein on flash sale on 19-apr-2018. On offer of 1+1 on mrp ..                         I ordered a nitrotech 2lbs from healthkart and recieved on 2nd feb and there was protein powder on the outside of the box which i thought was dust but when i opene d the outerseal and the cap there was protein powder spilled all over the inner seal and the seal was also opened which when i told the company they did not agree and after several mails they tell me that they cannot do anything about the matter but the thing is i am first time buyer at healthkart and also have spent a big amount and after the incident i am highly disatisfied with their service and also i cannot rely on the authenticity as the seal is opened.

                        Healthkart has not solved my issue even after so many mails they dont even try to understand my problem and are still just saying that we cannot do anything in this matter. Highly dissatisfied with their service

                        I oredered health viva apple cider vinegar 0.5L of quantity 2 (oredered 2 bottles of 0.5L), I selected cash on delivery mode for payment, I getted order today(2/4/2018) between 1and2 pm but, when I opened the packing I get only 1 bottle of 0.5L(get 1 unit), please look the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

                          I haven't received my order till yet.. The expected date is 7 february 2018.
                          I have receive email from your site that the delivery is incomplete due to temporary problem.. What that email means?
                          Now you have to tell me about the exact date of delivery item or otherwise i have to cancelled the order. Please take my complain seriously and take some steps to deliver the item as soon as possible.

                                I have order some product from healthkart
                                Which is 1. Muscleblaze mb vite, 2. Muscle blaze fishoil, 3. Heathkart perform, 4. Dymatize elite casein and 4. On gold standard whey out of which i have received all three orders accept the fourth one which is on gold standard but the issue here is that the order status of one items the dymatize casein is still displayed as shipped and the other product on gold standard which i haven't got it delivered yet today is the last estimated day shown on the app by healthkart

                                  I ordered for 2 4kg value packs of raw whey protein. One pack was okay which for the other pack the outside box looked well sealed. When i opened the box one buckt was not sealed even though the tub had a authenticity tag with code #hmm2dx2. The inside packet was not sealed properly and the it had also sm powder spilt in the tub. The batch no is areuf073.

                                  The incident has happened on 24th september and i have been trailing them since over 25 emails and endless telephonic conversations have taken place but no result on the same.

                                    I have ordered slimshake with no added sugar 0.5kg mango flavour on heakthkart on 20thoctober, 2017 but what i received was the old stock which they had, it was added sugar protein shake, completely different with the one which i had ordered, i raised the complaint and they told me to send the pictures of the product which i have received and they initiated the reverse pickup with exchange, the item was picked up on 8th november 2017 and it is almost 2 weeks no information regarding the exchange of the item, they said they will call for quality check but no news and i am still waiting, i called them and they said that they still haven't received the product, i don't know why i have to wait for so long, first of all ut was their fault to send me the wrong product and it's been a month i still haven't received the correct product, please improve your customer service and kindly initiate the exchange as soon as possible, which online shopping will take more than a month to send the product... Pathetic service, i must say
