I have placed one order, my money has been debited from my account which is 5389 rupess but order not placed from the site and now i spoke with customer support about this he said it will take 7-10 days to refund. I adviced him to place an new order from your end immediately because its an urgent request but he denied he said, you will have to wait for 7-10 days or else you order by cash on delievery, i said i will not pay anymoney anymore, my money has been deducted from my account now i need order, i didn't said to refund my money i only said if my money debited and order not placed then place another order manually but he denied. His name is kapil and his manager name is bharat. I request you to consumer court to check this with healthkart and get the order placed immediately as it was an urgent need i can't wait for 7-10 days or else i need my debited money now. My no. This is my 1st and last order with you, a very poor service by healthkart really a disappointed one, ETA was for yesterday and still product has not been delievered on my home. When i called field guy he said he was not able to search my address then what he did he went to next deleivery without even calling me and now when i have called to him he said i am going to rohini for delivery. Even their healthkart portal status not upgraded from last 2 days. A very very poor service by healthkart who doesn't give value to the time. by this healthkart is just making fool of their customer.
