how is that, and their is no helpline numbers in this healthcart site
this is not fair, this is a biggest mistake by healthcart site

Also, please be informed that there are cases where the payment gateway deducts the money from your account, but then faces issues in connecting further. In such circumstances, it refunds the money back to the source within 7- 10 business days. So, be assured your money is not under any risk.

    Hi,

    I often order whey protein from healthkart, and every time the delivery team irritates by not delivering the product until they are pushed to do so, by repetitive calls and mail to the team. Below is just one of the many incsidents with healthkart.

    I ordered Whey Protein from Healthkart, Order ID : HKD[protected] on Mar 15 2017, due delivery 21 March 2017 for which I have already paid. On 20th I receive a text from XpressBees stating : Xpressbees has held delivery of your Bright lifecare pvt ltd. Order AWB :[protected]. as address incomplete and mobile unreachable.

    XpressBees has delivered more than 20 orders on the address, offcourse I had complaint several times against them, still I receive the message that my address is incomplete. The same address is given to Amazon, snapdeal, flipkart and many others, but none of them had any issues delivering to the address, and I never had made any inquires or complaints against any of them. But healthkart's attitude is highly unprofessional in this matter.

    I would like to strongly complaint against healthkart and suggest them to change their delivery team.

      Today, I tried herbal shake with chocolate flavor that I had purchased along with Orange milk shake and facing the same issue like I am getting a body rash, my eyes itch, headache and dizziness. I am sure that there is something wrong with the product manufacturing with below given batch and if this problem persist long time for me then it will be difficult for me to purchase the herbal product from Healthkart.

      Dear Nilesh, we understand your concern but as per our previous interaction we are unable to initiate "Return Request" as the 14-days Return Policy is already been over.

      Also, please refer our FAQ's under Returns & Refunds we have mentioned that there are specific conditions which are not eligible for return/ refund.

      P.S. : In the previous case, the refund for Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, 0.5 kg Orange Cream was processed as an exception as you bought this flavor for the first time from our website.

          I had ordered a on serious mass 12 lbs on 31st December 2016..and its 16th January 2017 i had cancelled my order on 31st December but i have not received any refunds against my cancellation. I had ordered it on the gealthkart mobile app for android. The money was debited but after few hours i had cancelled the order and they said that money would be refunded in next 10 working days but till now i have not got any refund in my account. The customer care executive who answered my call was santosh kumar. Now i want my money back instantly otherwise i would be approaching to file a serious complaint against healthkart. They gave me a reference number saying that my money was refunded but when i updated my passbook from my bank none of the entries where present regarding the refund no money is received. .

            Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, 0.5 kg Orange Cream purchased from healthkart on 23 Dec. 2016 and after taking for 3-4 days, I feel like dizziness and also facing the issue of eye burning and headache.

            Same product I had purchased from Herbelife website and I didnt see any health issue before this. I am not sure whether the product purchased from healthkart is the same which I purchased from herbelife .

                  Poonam contacted over phone this morning whether the product has been delivered and I replied that still I am waiting for it. And, as such, advised to lodge a complaint.

                    The apple cider vinegar i ordered from healthkart has became stale and its date of manufacture is October 2016... and expiry date is 18 month from Date of manufacture ...

                          After having discussion with there customer executives they give such a vague reasons seems like excuses.
                          Not understanding & listening to what is the issue, giving there own statements.
                          As i have been ordering products online but they have breached my trust.
                          Health kart is not making arrangement for the pick up & not even returning the money.
                          disconnected the call.

                              This is with reference to the order no. hkd[protected] for the purchase of 2 vitamin a dry (5000 iu) of 60 capsules. but we received a packet (on 15/09/2016) containing only one pack/bottle of the product. a complaint in this regard was made telephonically to you on 16/09/2016.
                              However, the second packet (received on 17/09/2016) contained the desired products in appropriate quantity.
                              We have made video for both the packets, but sending you the only one wherein we found the product less in number.
                              Since the file is too large i was facing difficulty in uploading; however, finally it could be done successfully.

                              While complaining for this fraud to you i was asked to send photo/video for the same. the same is provided for your necessary action.
                              Please fins attached the same for further necessary action to supply the second box immediately or refund the amount for the second pack if you cannot supply the product.

                                    On[protected] i received my muscle-blaze energy whey protein, when i open the outer cartoon, the label on jar was unrofessionaly labeled, and after opening the cap of jar the inner seal was also not proper sealed, after that i have some doubt, i raised the complaint and lot of conservation gone after that they arrange the reverse pickup after 5 days of delivery, and after 7 days from reverse pickup they agreed and call me and tell me that they will replace it with new one, and same day they shipped the same day. I was so happy that they have some kind of good customer support, but when i received and open the product what the hell see, the same jar was again sent, i feel fool that i have to use same suspected product after 16 days (5+7+4).
                                    O agin i have to raised my complaint by calling and mailing them the proof, i after again lot conservation they said they are not able to replace. Thats whole process shows that they have no value of there own commitment
