Hi,
I often order whey protein from healthkart, and every time the delivery team irritates by not delivering the product until they are pushed to do so, by repetitive calls and mail to the team. Below is just one of the many incsidents with healthkart.
I ordered Whey Protein from Healthkart, Order ID : HKD[protected] on Mar 15 2017, due delivery 21 March 2017 for which I have already paid. On 20th I receive a text from XpressBees stating : Xpressbees has held delivery of your Bright lifecare pvt ltd. Order AWB :[protected]. as address incomplete and mobile unreachable.
XpressBees has delivered more than 20 orders on the address, offcourse I had complaint several times against them, still I receive the message that my address is incomplete. The same address is given to Amazon, snapdeal, flipkart and many others, but none of them had any issues delivering to the address, and I never had made any inquires or complaints against any of them. But healthkart's attitude is highly unprofessional in this matter.
I would like to strongly complaint against healthkart and suggest them to change their delivery team.
