I am a doctor practicing in Mumbai. I have ordered Isopure Zero Carb Protein Powder, 7.5 lb Creamy Vanilla order number-HKD[protected].i have paid a whopping 15791 RS for this. They sent the container with broken seal and when I registered the complaint they are straight refusing to acknowledge or replace the product. Shame on you for looting customers hard earned money.

    I had ordered Fuel One Protien from official Healthkart application on 9th April 2023. The delivery was scheduled on 12 April 2023. I have not received any notification regarding my order from Healthkart and from delivery partner. They have not even changed the delivery status on the app. Kindly help me.

      My name is Abhideep Mallick from kolkata, on 6th april i ordered muscleblaze fuelone sports protein from healthkart and also received it on that day only. But as i opened the cartoon, i saw there was no seal intact and the inner vacuum seal was also broken. And there were lots of alive bugs or insects crawling inside the container. I am continuously speaking to them and they denied from that. Please help me with that.

          MUSCLEBLAZE CREATINE Damage product received from healthkart 1month ago. When i requests healthkart my product is Damage, you return my product and refund my money as soon as possible. Then 15 February, 2023 i return my product..but still no update from healthkart. So i complaint against Healthkart and refund my money.

            I ordered a product on 12/03/2023 and initially delivery date was showing 13/03/2023 but lated it showed that shipment is delayed but on 14/03/2023 it is showing delivered but I was never delivered the product and any delivery person didn’t even call once. Frustrated with their negligence and service.

              I paid via my credit card and it said FRs. 1981 BrightlifecarePvtLtd at[protected]. But healtkart didnt send me any confirmation of my purchase and its showing no purchase made on[protected] even after my money getting deducted.Please help me getting my refund.

                Delivered but not received

                Dear HealthKart Customer Service Team,

                I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and anger over the recent order I placed with your company. Despite receiving confirmation that my order was delivered to my address on [8th march 2023], I have not received the package.

                I have double-checked my address and have spoken with my neighbors, building security, and anyone else who might have taken the delivery...

                My order is not yet delivered but it is showing delivered date in the system its date is today 28 jan 2023 its timing is 10.06 pm and my product is missing is this kind of service you provide to the customer to making fool of them resolve the problem fast in any cost.

                    Hi Team,

                    I had ordered MuscleBlaze Whey Gold with Digezyme (4 KG)along with some product (order Id: HKD[protected], It got delivered yesterday.

                    As per what I have received it's fake as there is no unique code, no Bottom MB Logo and other things mentioned as part of authenticity check in the mentioned in the product. Also the price mark and date of expiration was cleared from the product.

                    The barcode on the top of jar from Healthkart is unscanabale.

                    Could you please either replace it with an authentic product or reverse the payment whichever looks feasible.

                    I didn't expect this kind of service from Healthkart. Being a premium member I am highly disappointed.

                                I had ordered muscle blaze whey protein 4.4lbs but received Used, old and unsealed Combat Protein 4.4 lbs in a bad packaging (which cannot be used for 4.4 bs products). I approached customer care a number of times. However, customer care representatives tell me that on holding inquiries with the vendor, courier service and referring to "packaging video" and "weight of courier", my claim does not qualify for refund or replacement. However, none of the material relied upon for rejecting my request is being shared with me as "company policy". I have already submitted all photos and videos but my grievance is not being addressed at all.

                                The company does not understand the simple fact that the box I received cannot in any scenario be used for 4.4 lbs. The company representatives have been unable to answer this too but still are denying my claim for refund or replacement please give my money back

                                  Fake product sold by healthkart.

                                  I received a fake product today. Had ordered a C4 Pre-Workout supplement, and when I scratched the verification label, there was no 13-digit code or QR present.

                                  The seal seemed tampered as well, however, the packaging was perfect.

                                  I am now questioning all orders placed from healthkart as I was trusting them blindly for authenticity.

                                  Wonder, how can such a breach happen in the supply chain without inside people involved. Its health risk.

                                    They don't respond! Don't register Compliant (just a feedback with no ticket or complaint number). Order id: HKA[protected] Returned the product on September 24th for replacement with different flavour, it's 16th November today. No response from any team, keep me on hold for 40 mins & more when I call as they have to talk to some back team. ON e-mail they have always the same reply for past more than 1 month, in quality inspection will get back to you in 48 hrs. Somebody please Help!
