[Resolved]  Healthkart — false commitment & poor service trya hair clinic

I would like to file a complaint against Trya Hair Clinic (Wakad branch) regarding false promises and extremely poor service.

I was convinced by their sales representative, Mr. Prathmesh, to purchase an annual hair care kit subscription with the assurance o[censored]nlimited doctor consultations and a reverse product pick-up within 3 months of sale.

Despite multiple follow-ups and raising several support tickets:
1) The reverse pick-up was never executed.
2) The promised unlimited doctor consultations were not provided. Only once was I connected to an actual doctor after repeated requests; otherwise, generic replies from non-qualified “hair coaches” were provided.
3) For men like me with less hair, a 12-month supply of oil, shampoo, and conditioner is impractical, this is just to sell too many products and mint the money

I request appropriate legal action and full compensation for the service failure and misleading promises.
