[Resolved] Healthkart — Order not delivered on the mentioned date

I had ordered whey protein in healthkart and it must be delivered on or before[protected].
But today is[protected], dint receive the order till now. The customer care of Healthkart are not mentioning the exact delivery date. And are not even cancelling the order and returning the amount. Now they are telling it will take 2 days to cancel and 7- 10 days to refund the amount.
Need to take strict action against Healthkart for the inconvenience caused and request compensation
