This is a chain of clinics providing general medicine care and some specialization. I did not have a very great experience at one of their clinics in pune. First of all i found that the doctors there were totally inexperienced and did not have an idea how to interact with a patient. The doctor blindly told me that my condition cannot be cured at all!!
Secondly the receptionist asked me what my problem was when i went there. This is out of their scope. My health issue is a personal matter and i shall discuss it only with the doctor. Receptionist only has an authority to give me the appointment and allow me to meet the doctor and handle payments. That’s it.
It seems that the receptionist first asks the visitor what the issue is and informs the same to the doctor inside the room who then prepares himself/herself to meet the patient. What a bad practice!
If possible avoid this chain of clinics.
