Following my previous review on lynette and anjali mayatra, this is my review on dr munmun the dentist at this centre. She is a master in playing politics, sweet talked me into doing 2 root canals when i had a problem only with 1 tooth. She coaxed me saying the tooth next to the one needing treatment also will give pain in some years (I guess it may have pained me after 50 years) and she said i should get that one also root canalled. And kept calling me "bacha" and all and fleeced me finally of half a lakh of rupees. And completely butchered my teeth. I was in such great pain and went back to her after the crowns as she had promised it is their duty to set it right if anything goes wrong - but when i went back, she fleeced me again with dr nikhil a so called "gum specialist" and he just touched the gum near 1 tooth with laser and billed me 5000 rs for 1 minute work which resulted in great gum damage and destruction of 2 teeth. And all along when i was thinking if i should trust nikhil and do this gum thing, he and munmun were exchanging cheap smiles and mocking at the patient (Me). Just imagine - they are doctors - their profession is to be moral and ethical. Such cheap cheats i have yet to see in my life. And all along munmun was the one to say lynette the customer care executive or whoever, is horrible and she said lynette comments on me speaking lies about me (Which hospital has time to talk about patients if they are married or single??? :-) and munmun said to talk to kaushik - the head of this barbarious business called healthspring... And so i did but to no avail. And munmun was the one to say the reception girl anjali myatara who comes there for a fashion parade and not for duty, wears chappals to work and asked me to complain against anjali.
Basically munmun is frustrated there and used me as a firing shoulder for her gun to complain against lynette and anjali. Every day she called me there and poured out stories of frustration against lynette. I have never seen such politics and butchery meted out to patients. This is a honorable medical profession - and they are master butchers. Only for money.
Once i had pain after the gum thing, i called and munmun did not pick my calls and when i called anjali, she could "hear" me till i told my name - after which she only said "hello hello hello". Such sick filmy politics they have played. And finally when i called and called and munmun spoke, she said sorry i cant do anything if you have pain - though she assured me she will set it right if i was in pain - the crowns she put were "joint" and i have 3 dentists opinions that they are defective and should be separated and the gums have fully inflamed due to those crowns. Yet she said she wont help. After the mockery she and nikhil did. And earlier lynette and anjali.
They are butchers. Never go to this dentist. I have lost 2 teeth due to her. I am going to court against her. She has fleeced me of my money.
In the visits, she also coaxed me to talk to her husband and start food business with him. And she said she is going to leave healthspring soon. She keeps talking ill about lynette and she said after i put a review against lynette, lynette and kaushik called munmun to their office and said as if patting her on the back "not bad munmun, patient is listening to you". I mean am i going for a medical treatment or visiting a parliament???
She wont get away with this cheating. I have all the bills produced to the consumer court and me and my lawyers are working on her case. Have also filed a police complaint. Horrific nightmare i underwent.
