Hebron Transports — Lack of coordination

Hebron transports have a very poor system of coordination and communication to its customers. This i am saying out of the experience i had on 20th sept. While booking the tickets from their own website hebrontransports.com for travel from chennai to bangalore on 20th sept - it never informed me that the bus will drop you till hosur. And i only came to know from the counter when i reached around 10pm that the bus to bangalore will only halt at hosur busstand. They didnt even bother to take passengers in a different transport to bangalore. I had to incur rs.300 additional expense which i had to pay a shared taxi to drop to silk board from hosur at 4.50am on 21st sept. Please beware this transport company is at all courteous and they misinform the customers.
