Helios And Matheson — bill discounting payment on maturity

Sir, I had put rs 1, 00, 000 (receipt no 8557 dated 28/3/2014) in bill discounting which matured on 24/9/2014. On maturity i was told not to deposit interest n principal cheque but was told to extend for another 3 months. To this i told that i was not willing to renew as i m badly in need of money due to my old age. I m 84 yrs of age and hence i need the same for my medical expense. I had also put another 1, 00, 000 in my daughter in laws name (receipt no 8558 dated 05/04/2014) which matured on 02/10/2014 (chq no 029742 hdfc bank dt 02/10/2014 n chq no 029743 hdfc bank dt 02/10/2014 (int amt). On continously pressuring mumbai office they gave me email id of mr diwakar in chennai (diwakar.[protected]@heliosmatheson.com). I mailed him on 31st oct 2014, but till date no reply Sir, i m 84 n badly need money for my medical expenses. So i request you to refund me the said amt at the earliest. Sir, hope I get my maturity amount at the earliest considering my age Thanks (Anakshi Malavi)
