Helios And Matheson — Non Payment of fixed deposit and interest | |||
I have one fixed deposits with HELIOS AND MATHESON nos TDR no CDB035361 DT[protected] for Rs. 25, 000.00 due on[protected]. On maturity I have deposited Chq no.357167 of Rs. 25, 000.00 & chq no.357168 of Rs. 6, 745.00 each drawn on HDFC Bank and both the cheques were returned with reason insufficient funds and bank has also charges me Rs. 250 for cheque return charges. The company is not responding to my repeated phone calls .Request you to please register my complaint and advise me how to go about recovering my money.
