Helios And Matheson — Repayment of FDR No.FDBO29708 for Rs.40000/-

I have invested Rs.40000/- in your company as FD which was matured on 5th October, 2014, hence I deposited cheque Banker name HDFC, Cheque No.211769, dated 05/10/2014 for Rs.40000/-, which was bounced due to stopped payment by drawer.Then I received your letter dated 29/09/2014 stating extending the term of deposit for a further period upto 31/03/2015, and requested to submit photocopy of cancelled cheque and Bank details which was immediately forwarded to your Mumbai office, but till then I have not received acknowledgement and even not received interest. Now validity as requested by you is over please refund as early as possible my FDR amount Rs.40000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only), My Bank details : State Bank of India Prernatirth Branch, Ahmedabad.
