Helios And Matheson — The company is operating or closed

I am small share holders of this company and its shares have not been traded at NSE and BSE for last few months. I wish to know the present operations of the company. The company is not filing any disclosure and financial statements at exchanges for last couple of quarters. Earlier there was an issue regarding failure of company to repay the public deposits on maturity. A criminal complaint wile filed against the management of the company and some arrests took place. Winding up order was also issued and stayed later. Madras high court ordered not to interfere in the investigation process against the FIR against the company and its management
