Fake commitment from Pragati Group.

Pragati Group launched the project Devika Skypers at Rajnagar Extn. Gaziabad 3 & half years back but there is no construction and we have given the total cost as per companies payment plan. one thing also i wana tell the company has launched the size 820 sq. ft. but without any notification company has changed the layout plan now i'm not intrested in this project so i want my money back with intrest.

hi dear
i had bookead a flat in devika skyper on dated 28th march 2008 and builder had given a commetment to give the posission in dec.2010 but till today constraction is not started in all society, infact 5 tower constraction not started yet.good knowns when they will give the posission.
befor few dayes i heared from somewhere they have started one more project in grater noida.
they people dnt want to complete any project but want launch a new project everyday
plz beware these type of fake groups.

This is a right information and i listen from somewhere they dont have approved maps and they launching the more types of towers and his broker/company was wrong committing on project site they have approved maps

he is right...there is no chance of finishing of construction in dec. 2010
there is one more problem...
we booked a flat in february 2010 under the valentine's day offer which offered free modular kitchen and wooden work...they said that they will give the wriiten form of this pffer in few days after the booking of flat but now it is october and they havnt send any offer letter infact when we conatct them in this regard they ask us to show them any newspaper cutting or any proof that they offered such scheme...
we are very much worried...
we booked the flat only because of this attractive offer..
and if they dont assure us that they will give this offer to us then definitely these people are fraud...

Thanks for your suggestion, i was planning to buy a flat today itself but luckily saw this compalain today and not planning to buy now...
