Henry Harvin — Cancellation of course

I've registered with Spanish A2 to B1 level at the middle of March with the discounted amount of 37000. But she said my course will commence on April 5. The counselor from Henry harvin suggested me with the emi option on my credit card. I accepted and undergone the process. Since from my bank side it gets rejected to avail emi for this course she told the other option of Bajaj finance. I also accepted to avail 7 months of emi option from Bajaj finance. Today is 26 th of April still now I didn't even attended single class from them since they website saying " you're batch update" which means it's re-scheduling to another day. From April 5 it changed to apr 10 and then apr 12 and apr 19 and again apr 26. I was keep on informing my counsellor but she is telling to change my batch. But if I change my batch it's again re-scheduling. I think they're are big scam. I didn't even ask for refund amount 60057 which I've paid. I just requested them to cancel my course since it will affect my cibil score. I also tried to contact the customer service. Since they're the scam no one takes the call or replies the message. But at their website they've given 24*7 service which not at all true. Whereas I've evidence for all the information I'm giving here.
