I wanted a PMP Exam Preparation Class on an urgent basis. I consulted their Salesman Gourang on 12 th of April. He said I can start imediately on 13-14 as weekend class or from 15th April. After constant pinging they said might be on 17 or 19 now they are saying on 22nd. Now I am fed up and want to cancel the Program. They are saying you cant because 7 days cancellation policy. These are really cheat. In the mean time on 12th itself with Banjaj Finserve they made me to take a bank loan. These guys are super cunning. The agent did the Educational loan in 30 min. Guys I am in soup now. On 12th I told them clearly that I have some free days now and I want to utilize it. The the Gourang said no worry it will be done.

1. Misleading Information: The salesman, Gourang, initially promised you immediate access to the PMP Exam Preparation Class, but the actual start date kept getting delayed. This inconsistency can be incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re eager to begin your studies.
2. Cancellation Policy: It’s unfortunate that they’re citing a 7-day cancellation policy, preventing you from canceling the program. Such rigid policies can leave customers feeling trapped and dissatisfied.
3. Financial Burden: Taking a bank loan based on their assurances and then facing delays and uncertainty is undoubtedly stressful. It’s essential for educational institutions to be transparent and considerate when dealing with financial matters.
4. Lack of Communication: The constant changes in the start date and lack of clear communication are unprofessional. As a student, you deserve better treatment and timely updates.

I was sceptical about joining this Institute for a language course but on enquiring, the course consultant kept badgering me about payment and joining the course.
Upon payment of Rs 19500, he allocated a wrong batch and has since been inaccessible.
I have tried multiple times to get in touch with the support team and finance team for a refund through different ways but all in vain as no one bothers to call back.

I just want to get the refund of Rs 19500 I paid for the course and end the matter with what seems like a scamming website.

So the classes was supposed to conduct on 4.10.2023, as promised by one of their employees who was providing me the batches but there was no such batch scheduled on the portal, then I enrolled myself for the next batch on 11.10.2023...

Money extortion institution totally! I had enrolled for the course workday, online videos only. But then too didn't got any support for the same from the sales team. Only promised for refund.
Fraud company, not a training institute.

Henry Harvin is a SCAM. The trainers are not up to the mark, moreover, they DO NOT refund money also. The person with whom I was in contact at the beginning of the course, did not even respond to my calls and messages anymore after taking up the course. The whole institute is garbage and nothing else.
They are only selfish and do not care about their consumers.

I enrolled for SAP HCM course paid fees amount 31050/-.

After taking money they stopped responding my calls and whatsapp msges.
When I emailed for refund they simply email about company policy of discounted course and denied to refund.

At the time of registration they did not tell about any such policy.

They only gave me 10% discount. They do not respond over calls and whatsapp msg after taking money.

Don't enroll for any course please, they will take money and will not respond nor refund.

Strict action should be taken against company and its directors.

I have enrolled for PG spanish course with Henry Harvin on 30th January 2023 with a commitment for batch timings from 10am to 12am to start from 1st week of February 2023. Since then, neither I am getting any response from Henry Harvin over phone or email. Pls accept my compliant and take appropriate action against them.

I have registered myself with this Institute for SAP SD course but having lot of issues.
1) Course Duration was 1 months but extended to 2 & half months.
2) During course whenever stuck due to server issues sent a mail with proper print shots but instead of solving issues they provided me another server which spent my valuable time me for repeating the same work again and again.
3) Mr. Ajeet was appointed as Relationship Manager but he never picked my phones and never responded to my msgs.
4) They promised me for placement after completing the course, but since last one month I am not even in a position that who is looking after placement because everyone saying that it is not their responsibility. Not a single opportunity I have received from them.

I paid an amount on December 31st to Henry Harvin for a Japanese language course. They have been delaying my batch, no trainer joins the classes, relationship manager is not answering calls, texts or emails. Customer care is not responsive.

Hello team, i have been trying to reach out to the henry harvin regarding my emi cancellation. But they are not cancelling the same

I have Joined Henry Harvin on 22nd September 2022 SAP FICO Program. I have paid a fee for the same too, but the assigned coordinator with the name of (Ms Poonam Rawat) is not assigning me a good hindi tutor.

I am not getting any kind of help from the Support Team too, I would request you to please look into it and resolve the issue with the refund.

If I don't get assigned a Hindi tutor by tomorrow I definitely will take strict actions against you. It's been 1.5 months since my complaint has not been resolved yet.

I have taken the worst decision of my life by deciding to take course for french language course(A1+A2) from your brand.T o cut the chase, please find summary of events as under:

· I submitted the fee on 30th September and my classes were supposed to start from 8th oct.

· When I enquired about the link, 4 days were wasted by giving the next day's date every time.

· I tried calling Ms.Lipakshi several times on 6th Oct and 7th Oct but she didn’t answer the call

· on 8th oct when i called continuously called her some Mr. Ajay picked up the call and literally used abusive language and i am quoting here his words so that you can understand the gravity of the situation: “if you call again, I will block you, tumse jo hota vo kar lo, you don’t know whom you are talking to, never call again"

· Later in the evening Ms.lipakshi picked up the phone and promised that classes will start from 15th September and she is sending mail. Same was confirmed by Ms.vandna over the call as I asked Ms.Lipakshi to get me connected to senior management assuming that they will value their words.

· In mail she has written starting date as 16th October when i called her again she didn’t answer the call

· Today is 29th oct, i have called her several times from morning, neither she is responding over the call nor replying the messages even nobody from the organization is responding and they are even telling me that you have changed the batch from your login and there is no option to change the password on portal.

Not only their employees are humiliating by not responding, they have started using abusive language.

I need my money back and criminal case should be filed against Henry Harvin for exploiting the people

My name is Shantanu and aspiring to study and work outside of India and me and my friends are being scammed for 10500rs each. We were told that we have to give a small exam and we will be given a certificate and now without giving any exam they have generated a low quality certificate which is not being accepted from the organization that we are applying for. I demand full refund to each one o[censored]s. Ayush the rep, who didn't give a ### about what we are going through not answering my calls nor replying my messages on WhatsApp. Before taking our money, I kept on asking whether this certificate is enough to show our English proficiency, his only answer was yes this certificate is known globally and won our trust. When he was asking for money he called more than 10-15 times a day. I am regretting to trust the organization. The certificate which he has given is editable and non trackable which means taking RS 10500 from 3 students and then editing the names in certificate and giving it to us. It is our hard earned money and I request whomsoever concerned please return our money.

I changed my batch once due to poor trainer quality and the second one is also poor. i requested for refund and they denied. I dont understand one thing. i am willing to give extra efforts to study but when i am not happy with their service / teachers they are not willing to take feedback nor refund.
