Sir/madam
I am frustrated mentally and financially after repeated false commitments from Henry Harvin . I have enrolled my self to a course CHRP( certified human resources proffessional)at Henry Harvin. The admission was done by a lady called miss Kiran( perhaps the counselor). And the admission fees taken was 102000.00 which was paid at one time.
After waiting more than 1 month still no classes have been alloted. Initially I used to call Mr Aakash and miss Kiran for the course, but not a single time they have given me concrete details about the course. After repetitive communication they have given me a student login portal where they said that class would finally start from 25th September, but when I joined the class by the given link the instructor didnot turned up that day. I call the customer service number but they also did not give me the solution and instead they have transffered me to some other irrelevant class and said this is a soft skill class which everyone has to do while the original class will start from 2 nd Oct.
But today on 2nd October also no instructor came to the class and while I called the customer service again then yet they didnot gave the proper solution and said that the class will start from next week instead.
Now miss Kiran and Akash had stop picking the calls also.
I am now completely lost and don't know as what to do.
Sir / mam, i have give them mail but they didn't revert back to that also. I need a complete refund to relieved of this mental agony

· I submitted the fee on 30th September and my classes were supposed to start from 8th oct.
· When I enquired about the link, 4 days were wasted by giving the next day's date every time.
· I tried calling Ms.Lipakshi several times on 6th Oct and 7th Oct but she didn’t answer the call
· on 8th oct when i called continuously called her some Mr. Ajay picked up the call and literally used abusive language and i am quoting here his words so that you can understand the gravity of the situation: “if you call again, I will block you, tumse jo hota vo kar lo, you don’t know whom you are talking to, never call again"
· Later in the evening Ms.lipakshi picked up the phone and promised that classes will start from 15th September and she is sending mail. Same was confirmed by Ms.vandna over the call as I asked Ms.Lipakshi to get me connected to senior management assuming that they will value their words.
· In mail she has written starting date as 16th October when i called her again she didn’t answer the call
· Today is 29th oct, i have called her several times from morning, neither she is responding over the call nor replying the messages and actually nobody from her company is responding not even the director Mr.Kounal Gupta
