I have taken a UX Design Advance level course from the Henry Harvin, thinking of it as an genuine institution which has also confirmed by various articles written and one of them is Medium Digest.
So the classes was supposed to conduct on 4.10.2023, as promised by one of their employees who was providing me the batches but there was no such batch scheduled on the portal, then I enrolled myself for the next batch on 11.10.2023 but no tutor came at the time of class and nothing has been informed by the institute if there’s any issue regarding the failure of conducting the class. Now they are constantly delaying the classes and nothing is happening in the name of batches/course.
They have charged me 70, 000 for the course and asking for refund I get no response in return.
When I came across the complaints that has been filed against them I realised they followed the same pattern with me as well.
