I enrolled in Henry Harvin’s Salesforce course on September 1, 2024, with the understanding that it would be a well-structured program lasting 1.5 months. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating.
The course did not follow the promised agenda, with core concepts skipped, and feedback was ignored.
Sessions were often canceled last minute without any rescheduling, causing major delays.
After my first batch failed to meet expectations, I was moved to a second batch, but I had to wait over 40 days before I could join.
Senior Manager Saif Azar assured me that extra classes would be arranged to make up for the issues, but he disappeared for 4 months.
The support team falsely claimed I missed sessions, and after providing proof, they blamed technical issues.
Despite being a Gold Member with a 1-year subscription, I was pressured by Manager Fahim to pay extra to extend my sessions, even though the course was not delivered as promised.
My assigned counselor, Anamika, failed to respond to my concerns for 6 months, only replying after I escalated the matter.
After wasting 6 months, the only solution offered was to start from scratch in a third batch, which is completely unacceptable.
I have all the necessary documentation, including call recordings, emails, session logs, and proof of failed promises. Despite several escalations, my concerns have been dismissed.
I seek immediate accountability for the time and money I have lost due to the organization's failure to deliver the promised services. If a fair resolution is not provided, I am prepared to take legal action to protect my rights.
