⭐ **My Experience with Henry Harvin French Course – Please Be Careful Before Enrolling**

I had a very disappointing experience with Henry Harvin's **French learning course**.

After paying my fees, I had to wait approximately **3 months for classes to be assigned**. I also experienced last-minute class cancellations (sometimes just 1–2 minutes before class), tutors arriving around 30 minutes late, and promised lectures or tutors not being provided as agreed.

When I raised my concerns, I received rude customer service, including a response like: *"If you have so many problems, then why did you pay the fees?"*

I requested a refund, including during the initial period when I had not attended classes, but my request was not resolved to my satisfaction. I also raised concerns about the inconvenience and stress caused by these issues.

After posting a review on Trustpilot, I experienced access restrictions and was asked to delete my review. I have screenshots of the relevant conversations and communications.

**My recommendation:** If you are planning to enroll in Henry Harvin's French course, carefully confirm the class schedule, tutor availability, cancellation policy, and refund terms in writing before making any payment.
