Describe your issue : I would like to bring into the notice that I Pundreek Chaturvedi with registered phone number [protected].
I was supposed to have my first class on 6th Dec at 8:30-10:30 which started 30 minutes late and finished at 10:30.
My second class was supposed to be on 8th Dec, but it was cancelled.
My 3rd class was supposed to start on 11th Dec, Again it has been cancelled.
I called customer service and Mr.Vipul attended my call and unfortunately, he had no clue what i am talking about zero help.
The customer support was of no help, before joining the course i requested that i have less time to give exam, so please finish the course during promised dates only. I have paid in full fees so i am left with no option except being disappointed by highly unprofessional attitude and got stuck here.
I request them to kindly refund my fees back so that I can go to some better institute, where I can finish my course and give exam and not waste my time. they have refused to refund of the payment. Please help me regarding this or i need to raise this issue so that at least other students are not trapped Was this information helpful? |
