The service is very slow and teachers too. i just got fully classes for 1 week afterward not a single class given to me. whenever i join teacher will be not their and if the teacher is present he/she not respond to us seems like doing their own home stuffs. I contact to support several time regarding refund not a single satisfing email i got. on the phone call they just said that will change teacher but nothing is done.
