NO, I strongly recommend NOT to enrol with Henry Harvin. They are totally fake, only a few classes they will provide and that too overview. After that, no one from Henry Harvin will ever receive your call and respond to your email.
I enrolled on one course and my money has been lost.
They will IITians profile who took training from there. Don't be fooled by them....

There customer service associates are not at helpful. Always provide incomplete information. When I purchased a course it was of around 28k so opted for emi option and after sharing details ge said youll have to upgrade for live classes with extra 5K. Agreed to pay next month. I started the class next week attended 2 classes which were unsatisfied teaching method were not up to mark l still continued hoping it will improve but, but on next...

I joined online class of Henry Harvin.
I was put into 4 different batches.

1) The batch that I first joined was cancelled after 3 classes
2) I was put into a new batch that restarted from the beginning
3) After I raised a lot of issues, I was put into another batch which was already halfway through
4) Now, that class is also cancelled
5) I'm now being put into a 4th batch whose timing doesnt suit me at all

They are not willing to give me refund either

No proper trainers available in sap tm area and they taken money for training and no training provided. Rescheduling the training every time

I have made a payment twice due to technical error. I have been asking for a refund almost 3 months now. They are forcing me to take another course I stead of referring my amount.

These people are cheaters. They just take money and after that they dont care about you. classes will be cancelled. There will be no proper information. You cant contact with them. I want in contact with someone on no- [protected]. She kept a proper follow up till fee was paid after that I am suffering. Please dont dont be their victim.

I have registered for SAP MSG course. Submitted my token money of 5000/- on 14th april and rest 29500/- on 18th April, and my 1st class was suppose to get started on 24th april 2022, when i logged in to my account then no class was scheduled for that day, and mentioned next class will be on 30th april 2022, then I called Mr. Deepak(consultant) nd he told me some excuse, then again same thing happened they again postponed it without any prior information, when i speak with Deepak again he told me same excuse, then I asked him to refund my money as they are not delivering what they promised, he said he will talk to his manager but nothing happened, and then without informing they enrolled me for weekdays classes however I enrolled myself for weekend classes, and now they are neither picking up my calls nor responding to my messages. After so much calling them I had a word with Mr. Rohan(may be manager) and he clearly denied to refund my money.

I want my money back.

Please help!

On 15th March 2022 I made a payment of 26550/- to Henry Harvin account to enroll for SAP SCM course. After payment I did not receive any confirmation from the coordinator Deepak Arya. Customer care never responds. Looks like I've been cheated. Deepak reads the watsapp message but never replies. I tried all possible ways to contact the team. I need my refund as you just took the payment and no classes are scheduled

This is regarding a SAP FICO S4 HANA course that I have opted from Henry Harvin.. The course costed Rs29, 500..They asked me to opt for the course in EMI option hence I opted for the EMI on my Debit card for 3 months am really dissappointed with Henry Harvin because before opting the course my counselor Ankush had not kept me informed about the global certification also dint provide proper information regarding refund and cancellation of EMI and demo classes... I was promised a globally affiliated certificate plus a certificate from SAP...After attending the 1st session I was totally dissatisfied with the classes and teaching methods of the tutor because I was not able to understand the concepts clearly and there were innumerable technical glitches always.. and in the 2nd class also there were fights between candidates for the lectures to be taken in Hindi and English which was a complete waste of time and I had a bad headache after those lectures So I wanted to back off and discontinue with Henry Harvin.. Immediately after attending the 1st session I informed the same day of enrollment to my counselor that I want to cancel my EMI but the only answer they had is REFUND CANNOT BE DONE .. I also have recorded videos as a part of evidence.. Also my tutor clearly told in the 1st session that the certificate that they provide is also not globally certified if we need certificate from SAP we need to pay another 45k to 50k... This was completely a misleading information provided to me ... HENRY HARVIN IS A BIG CHEAT... Once I got to know about these things I called up customer care they only promised call backs which I never got.. And I almost spoke to 10 ppl nobody answered my queries and after 2 days of enrolling the course ppl don't respond to my calls .. Even my Counselor Ankush is least bothered to receive my calls... Nobody is helping me to cancel my EMI on debit card... That is when I decided to raise this as a BIG ISSUE IN CONSUMER COMPLAINT AND I WANT TO CANCEL MY REFUND ASAP... Their policies are just ridiculous wherein they mention that after purchasing course if we are not satisfied with the course within 7 days a Refund will be provided and now when we ask for Cancellation of EMI they say it can't be done ..They say us why don't u change the course and tutor when we are genuinely not interested to continue in their institute.. They just force candidates who are not satisfied with their institute to still continue with them and scam all our money...I have wasted so much of my time talking to them to cancel my EMI they only say a senior will call but no one is going to call. I WANT THIS ISSUE TO BE LOOKED IN PRIORITY AND HELP ME IN CANCELLING MY DEBIT CARD EMI ASAP... PLEASE DONT WASTE UR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS INSTITUTE ITS A COMPLETE WASTE ... I am writing this to complain about fake promises of councilors of the institute who promised at the time of admission for ease of timing and support. After that I took admission on 26th February 2022 but till now no classes has been scheduled and the councilors are not even responding or even picking up the call.

I have registered for RPA UIPATH on 2nd March 2022, and my first class was on 5 &6 March 2022, when I want to join the class on 5 March I didnt get any link and when I contact the relationship manager samreen and customer care they are not answering the call and when I tried the next day they answered ans when i explained about it the suggested to reschedule the training to 13 March 2022, when i joining i was unable to join and it was showing it as postponed to 19 March, and later they told 2 April and other dates and when i request for the refund of the amount they are not answering the call and the customer support is not responding correctly and disconnecting the calls, I just want to get my money back as I don't want to continue with the course with Henry harvin as it's fake as they just take money and cheat the people, and they don't even know how to talk and respond to their issues, i want you to take action as soon as possible and refund my money

I had paid 30500 Rs for SAP BW Course but still not received any class when done complaint they are making all kind of excuses.
I asked them for refund but they denied citing thier refund policy.
Please help here

I have joined for GST Practitioner course on Jan 2022. At the time of enrollment they said that the fees (Rs. 10000) includes training, internship, live project, placement, certification, bootcamp, E-learning etc. The training was finished on Feb 2022. Then I received a mail with a link to join the telegram group for internship. In that group, only admins can send messages. As per schedule every Wednesday at 7:30 P.M. the internship has to take place. But, many times it had happened that no host join the session even after 1 hour and next day i.e. Thursday again the link will be shared to join the session. Today also I received a mail with the link to join the internship session, but nobody joined even after an hour. They could have at least informed us if the class has been postponed. Even the contact details of the trainer are not shared. When we ask for the same, they will say that it should not be shared. Same thing happens with the bootcamp session. They are simply wasting our time and money. No proper customer support at all. They will receive the call and immediately disconnect. Even if we rise the ticket, they will simply resolve it without taking any action.

This is to inform that i have been cheated by henry harvin in name of weekend power bi batch. i enrolled for power bi course in henry harvin in month of dec informing them in first place that i am a working professional so only can join weekend batch and as promised by the counsellor samreen i paid amount online through shopse portal trusting the counselor that i will get weekend batch and all the watsspp chat and email i have send has been uploaded here. I have been speaking with many executive for the last few month and nothing has been sorted out. They cheated nicely saying there is no weekend batch after a month of waiting time and now they are saying cannot refund . i spoke with many executives from henry harvin and all of them were saying next week next week there is class and its been months now . because of this i loss a competitive engagement in my project (in my company for not knowing Bi ) because of henry harvin negligence and cheating customers by fake promises. there was one more lady who faced the same she paid fees in oct 2021 and after many follow up they cheated her and finally since there is no other choice she joined working days batch ( all chats for the same i have )source - telegram group for the same

Every time fake promises and I had very bad experience with one of the executive shubham as he was asking me rudely not to ask for refund.
Even at the time of joining itself I informed my counselor Samreen that iam a working professional I want a weekend batch . I don't know how many time I have informed these people every time they call and ask are you able to join working days batch as forcing people to join as per their likes.

Only solution I can ask them was refund the money i paid via shopse .kindly inform them to cancel that as I don't want to join .
Also informed them don't tell lies to customers and people don't make promises that company can't keep .To inform all executives first to listen to the customers first their issues and concerns and they provide resolutions .

Please do the process for refund with shopse as soon as possible .I will have to escalate this to further level if any executives comes up with saying we have a batch on coming weekend .

please help me to get the refiund from henry harvin and i dont want to join any courses with these team in any near future.

Have registered for morning weekdays batches for SSLT however since last more than one month not a single class has been scheduled.Now I am being forced to attend weekend class which due to my prior commitments I can't join.

Please note that I was being told from day one by Sudhir who made me bought this course that in next 10 days new batch would be started and when I met with him personally on last week of Jan he said that by 2 Feb the new batch will be started for sure.but still it has not started.Now today he and His superior Avinash(Who also said he is Kounal's father) asked me to join weekend batch only which from day one I said I won't be able to join.

Please let me know what should be required to resolve it ASAP.

I have enrolled myself with Henry Harvin for SAP Success Factor Course on 12 Jan 2022 with approx 30, 000 fees which I have done as Complete payment. I was assured that the batch is about to start next week, although there have been couple of weeks now still the batches have not started and they all kind of excuses like - You are not receiving the link, your Hall ticket has not been created yet. There is problem with only your enrollment, etc.

These are all fake reasons, I assume they do not have as many batches as shown on their dashboard and they are trying to club students together. Hope at least I complete my course for the payment I have paid to them.

This Faculty is complete waste of time and energy, please do not enroll and fall prey. Please suggest how to do an official complaint against such fraudsters so that innocent people like us do not fall in their trap

I have joined online training course for SAP SD, SAP Project and Internship. Before Joining Marketing Person Responding well but once i have joined. there is no proper response and no proper classes. Customer Support does not have idea about any course. SAP Trainer is not coming on time. 3 classes happened out of 8 classes schedule. So Completely Worst Experience. When i asked refund they are showing 7 days return policy. They are fraudster.

They are cheating in this pandemic time..

They are deleting the complaint also from portal.

I have taken in henery harvin 6 in 1 course. GST, account Excel and Tally.
I have complete only Gst course. After that no one is pickup call answer WhatsApp massage and no reply on email. I have paid 25000. Please help me for this
