Henry Harvin — Refund of 5000

Money extortion institution totally! Wanted to enrol for Six sigma green belt certification from Henry Harvin thinking it was an reputed institution and they offered me course for RS 22500 and I clearly said wanted to pay in instalments and extra charges will not be paid from my end and the same was agreed by “gourang lamba” counsellor and paid 5000 as token amount as requested by him .Now him and his finance partner quoted me emi payment with processing and convenience charges which I earlier told was not ready to pay even after agreeing to this he was still trying to get me pay the remaining amount for the enrolment and later said extra amount will be refunded later and now when I asked him to refund the amount he was denying it and told him that no more iam interested in this course and want my refund back he is completely denying that he can’t refund whereas I have not even attended any classes of his. After many attempts of calling customer care they connected me to different people still no positive response.It’s completely pathetic management and tedious process that i endured for the last 3 days !!! Horrible the worst counsellor I’ve come across .Do not recommend this to anyone who want to skill up. Horrible . It’s been a month after writing mail to their customer support! No response apart from transferring calls to other and hanging up the call
