Hi Mr. Kounal Gupta,
This is with reference to my daughter admission of ACCA program.
I would like to bring to your notice about the treatment of your team post Payment which is very pathetic and horrible. No one in your whole institution are available to respond on calls/mails/watsup. Young generation as Students who are looking for bright future via doing higher studies are opting your platform, but they are really shocked how are now, teams are playing with their parent’s money and emotion who are looking for bright future.
I regret to use but to be honest, your team members are making fools and looting money form students and from their parents.
I opted Henry Harwin for my daughter ACCA-SKILL AND PROFESSIONAL LEVEL Program and after all discussion with Ajay Bhargava[protected], payment was done on 22nd May-25 (Rs. 2000 + Rs. 81750)= 83750/= which was acknowledge 23rd May-25, Post that communication was silent and we received mail and notice discrepancy in her program validity which was informed to him for necessary correction which he assured that it will be done and had happened on 27th May after multiple follow-up and mails. We received all wrong books for some Biology course whereas she opted ACCA. Still, we are holding all wrong books, and no one bother to get change.
Even Mr. Ajay Bhargava stopped picking all calls and response on watsup.
Later we realized that it is fraud, and we asked for refund, my wife and Daughter visited on 4th June-25 your Bangalore office @ Kormangla after almost 5 mails which was unanswered where she had requested to upload the refund request and was done on same day. It was promised from Ms. JYOTHI (Talking very rudely & don’t have any sense who to talk to students ) / Mr.Athar-Noida Office that we will get response in 48-72 hours, but no one bother to lift the calls as well zero communication from your side. Later we visited your Bangalore office again on 9th June 2025 and met with Ms. Sanay/Mr.Suprajit who connected us with again Mr. Athar and he refused to spoke on this matter. Further, when I asked that we will not leave your office till we get refund, they connected with Mr. Shadav & Mr. Sarvan (Both are from Noida) and told that they are from grievances and will send the refund acceptance details on mail by 10th as well will update over call on 9th max by 6.30 pm but we neither received any call nor mails.
Hence, I am sending this mail to you for instruction to your team to process the refund on priority without further delay.
Hope being MD of your institution, at least you will respond now for refund the amount.
It is my last humble request to close this & avoid any matter to consumer forum.
