The access was initially provided to me on March 3rd but was revoked on March 4th without any proper justification. When I contacted their support team, they claimed that my access was removed due to some "inappropriate activity, " but they have failed to provide any evidence or valid explanation for this accusation. Since then, I have repeatedly reached out to them, but they keep closing my support tickets without resolving the issue. I am paying for this course in EMIs, and their actions are causing me both financial and professional distress. It has been several days, and my issue remains unresolved.
