Herikesh — Paid 1993 rupees online via debit card- goods not yet received

I had ordered 4-5 things from the website on 26th Feb 2021. Received the transaction ID and order ID but no goods is received yet. And now the site is also not working, No revert from email id provided i.e info.[protected]@gmail.com
