I had ordered 4-5 things from the website on 26th Feb 2021. Received the transaction ID and order ID but no goods is received yet. And now the site is also not working, No revert from email id provided i.e info.[protected]@gmail.com

There is no update of the order and also they have closed there website.

Got email about the order from info.[protected]@gmail.com. Have asked about the status of the order, but no reply yet.

I feel this is a cheating co., just collecting money by creating online shopping website.

I ordered kitchenware on 27 February and received a confirmation email from them too. Order no. 4526. Till date I have not received anything including communication or response to my emails.

28th February 2021 I ordered some kitchenware but till today 31st March 2021I get nothing and today I searched and know that it is fraud.

I paid 3000 to Herikesh through debit card. It came up under the name of RAZORPAY SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED.
But I didn't get any notification. I checked this Herikesh website but there is no order history.
I tried to contact provided by the website at Info.[protected]@gmail.com but I cannot reach out to them now....

I checked out for a "TEA CUP SET" with stand worth rupees 399 from a website Hrikesh.in
I paid to Herikesh through Phonepe. It came up under the name of RAZORPAY SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED.
But I didn't get any notification. I checked this Herikesh website but there is no order history.
I tried to contact provided by the website at Info.[protected]@gmail.com but I cannot reach out to them now.
I have received an email in the name of MAA BHAGWATI CREATION.

It is a fraud so do not use this websites to shop online

I came across this website offering Kitchen Utensils at good deals.
I have paid Rs. 2, 094 via G-Pay to MAA BHAGWATI CREATION (supposedly Herikesh) on 28th Feb and to date have not received any items or updates from their side.

I checked the Herikesh website but seems to no longer exist. I even tried to contact them using the email provided by them in the payment confirmation email by the website at Info.[protected]@gmail.com. I got an automated reply from Gmail saying that this email no longer exists and we aren't able to contact them.

Any help from your side will be appreciated. I would like a refund on the same paid amount. I feel cheated.

I got the link through Instagram.
They were advertising through Instagram. Instagram should be responsible as well for advertising fraud pages.

On march 1st 2021 I have ordered cmarine blue nonstick cookware set 14 piece @499 and white attractive stand cups spoons and coasters beverage dispenser @ 399 total @ 898 rupees...I got confirmation order message with order number 7282 from Herikesh paid thru razor pay method...but did not get any parcel till date when I searched for info I couldn't get the page...and no order track details...this company cheated me... please take necessary action and prevent others getting involved in this fraud website...

I ordered a tea pot set from herikesh site and paid money online now they disappeared and I didn't even get my money back.

I ordered a cookery set for Rs 499 and still haven't received it. I have sent repeated reminders from registered email but no revert. Very unpleasant experience

It has deducted money and no notification on order, fraud company MAA BHAGAWATI CREATIONS kitchen utensils sales

I purchased kitchen utensils worth Rs 499, they took the payment but no message or e-mail regarding the transaction and product not yet received. I took from WWW.HERIKESH.IN

Order few items but there is no trace of the website now. I guess we need to chase Razorpay, GoDaddy to share the contact details of this business

Haven’t received the product and Rs.299 was taken through RAZORPAY by MAA BHAGWATI CREATION. The company is a fraud. Very bad experience. Recommend NOT TO PURCHASE FROM HERE.

That shows in phone with name of herikesh utensils .. I ordered so many things from there.. it was showing compulsory online payment .. now no clues found except debited from my account and I took ss of it so that’s the only thing I have as a proof . Want my money back

Looks to be a fraud.

There is no reply on mails as well

Can anything be done against these people and we get back our money back?

It is such a bad experience. I am cheated. And I hope that I would get justice.
