Heritage Health Tpa Pvt Ltd — Deduction in claim

We have submitted our claim for policy no[protected].
We have received a text message on a registered mobile number for claim settlement.

*In the deduction letter it's been mentioned that Rs. 8000.00 on Bill No 0001 dated 24/08/2020 (C.T. Scan) - DOUBLE BILL.
Reply we sent: This amount we have paid by card on 24th August 2020, even in medi-assist hospital have not submitted this bill because it was a pre-hospitalization investigation.

We have sent mail to TPA to clarify these points, we haven't received any revert from their side till date.
