The company has not sent me my health card even after i have renewed my health insurance online under oriental insurance. It been 3 months (11.08.2017) since my card has expired.in spite of having my present address records and sending me repreated reminders to renew my policy before the above mentioned date the company has not sent me my new policy when i renewed my policy within the give date. Their contact numbers are always engaged and it is next to impossible to get through to them.
Oriental insurance should reconsider their options and decide whether they wish to continue their allliance with heritage health due to the latter party being so unprofessional and poor service provider. Was this information helpful? |
