    I received a call from [protected] on 31.08.2011after discussion & conversation on phone i was offered a discont card without any charges, fee taken credit card details, A sum of Rs 4964.00 was deducted.
    When the executive Mr. Siddhanth was processing my request through PVR and the automated machine replay amount of Rs.4964.00. I even questioned him and refuse to pay the charges, he assured me that the amount is not being charged to the credit card and is only a formality. Now, my card has been charged and I have still Not received my documents

    How i can collect my money back from Plat5.Pl suggest.

      I am holding ICICI Credit Card . I want to inform you that on 03.08.11 I have received telephone call from heritage holiday pvt ltd (Contact on : [protected]) stating that they have provide exclusive offer to ICICI card member and explain some scheme for me with a agreement that this is a free and there are no charges for one year, if I want to continue with this scheme next year that only I have to pay amount of Rs. 4964/- after this they ask for my credit card detail only for authentication, but after few minutes I able to know that they done fraud with me. The company has debited Rs. 4964/- my ICICI credit card account through IVR. It is my humble request to you that cancel the transaction no 118425 of Rs. 4964/- on 03.08.11 on heritage holiday as the deal was not as per the commitment made by them.

      The Heritage Holidays Pvt.Ltd. — Fraud of amount from credit cards

      Sir,
      It is to submit that I am holding ICICI bank credit card & have a good association with ICICI bank.

      On 13/07/2011, I recd one telephone call from an official of heritage holiday pvt ltd (contact no.- [protected]) stating that I have been selected among previlege customers of this ICICI credit card users and they have some free exclusive offers for me. He starded explaining some scheme to me with a agreement that they will send the offer to my address .It was also informed over the phone that the offer is totally free for me and took my credit card no. as well as OTP & billed the transaction amounting to Rs. 4964/- to my credit card.

      It is very strange that such a big and renowned chain of hotel group is cheating the public by giving wrong commitments and taking the IVR password of their credit cards.

      Similar cheating has been done with other people also. M/S Heritage Holidays pvt. Ltd. is a big fraud,and urgent action is required to be taken against this Co.

        Hi,

        I was told that i will get one return air ticket and 4k holiday voucher anywhere in india and which is transferable. Also will get wrist watch costing around 5k. Money saver card will give flat 25% off all over india. But when i got package, i came to know all promises that has been made by company are false. As per terms and condition i can not tranfer the holiday voucher to any. I did not receive any return air ticket voucher. Also the watches i got are very cheap qaulity which is not more than 300rs. Also money saver card in valid only in metros and few selected cities. That also on few selected stores and limited period.The retail coupons also provided are all expired. I had applied offer in April and got coupons for march month. This is something very serious. When i tried to reach to them no one even registered my complaint.Now i want to take legal action against them. Please advice.

        I MOHD YASIR SIDDIQUI & MY PAN CARD NO. IS - CEIPS8116M, I HAVE LOST MY PAN CARD IN MONHT OF AUGUST 09, & I DIDNT GIVEN ANY COMPLAINT THEN SO NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO?

        Heritage Holidays Pvt Ltd — cheating in the name of free air tickets and 2 nights and 3 days

        I had taken premium holiday program thru my bank HSBC the service providers are Heritage Holidays. When i received the call from Plat5 the Heritage holidays service provider ie Plat5 that in Rs 6500 u will get free air ticket to any destination all over india and free gift voucher of 2nights and 3 days stay any where in India. And some other gifts like watch. I was surprise that the watch polo which they say that its worth 4000/ was sell by HSBC its self in 500/- on the other sites of the HSBC. Later when i saw the form which u have to fill and give it to them was ridiculous . there was no proper space to fill the 3 different details like name of the place, dates name of the hotel etc. From there i can u know that this is all bogus if they were genuine then they would have provided proper space to enable the customer to fill it properly. I[censored] dont fill it properly your application is rejected and u r money is gone.

        There are time limit given for everything like u fill the form in particular time if not then u voucher expired.
        There are choice given in the form wherein all holidays dates are not included only out of peak season which u cannot effort to go.

        This is totally rediculas , This haritage holidays sometime operates from cheenai and fool the people of bombay and now they are in Delhi.They operate from far distance so that people get tired pf contacting them and forget their scheme. They take this Foreigns Banks and others good banks and provide them with this scheme and loot the customer in this way . Where the banks also become fool and give them their customer to them .

        Pl some body somebody stop this haritage holiday, till now wot i hav heard they hav made Abn Amro Bank, HSBC and SBI, And how many other banks customer are going to become prey for it.

        There is nothing free in it. The air basic free is from Rs 1 to 300 hundred and rest are the taxes which u hav to pay that comes 1500+ 500+500 so u almost pay for the whole ticket except just 200 to 300 buck which save. Then for wot v are paying 6500 for. just to get 2 start hotel stay which is not even worth 3000/- in off season. and the Rs 4000 watch which is worth 400 to 500/- ;

        I request all the people to come together at one plat form and fight for this so that our coming generation should not fell prey in the hand of all this cheaters

        So all o[censored] are request to take down my email id ie [protected]@yahoo.com and provide me the name and address and service provider name i will file a criminal and well as civil case against all this cheater who hav fool all these people through their banks

        and if any body who had already taken action against them i am ready to co operate with him give all my details from which i also have been cheated.

        As per telephonic conversation to Mr. HIMANSHU DESAI of heritage holidays on 28/04/11.He has promised that nothing will be charged for giving membership .But from my SBI Card statement,I found that a sum of Rs.4545.00 has been charged to me.As per his promise it is illegal hence not acceptable to me.Please cancel the transaction and immidiately arrange for the reversal of my money aganist my card

        BOOKING OF HERITAGE DISCOUNT CARD BOOKING WITH ME OF CHEATING.
        COMPANY EMPLOYEES ME THIS CARD IS ABSOLOTELY FREE WHAT THIS WRONG THEY CHARGES
        OF THIS CARD RS.4545/- SO, I CALCELLED THIS CARD.
        Similar call came to me yesterday. He talked in similar way as you have described. But before confirming to the offer I checked mail and found people cheated.

        I was furious on him (Mr. Himanshu Desai who was claiming to be an officer of heritage holiday pvt. ltd.) and asked about the fraud. He shamelessly denied all the facts and told me that his offer is genuin when I enquired about Rs. 4545/- he lied again that he has told me about this. But he never told me anything about this. Even he started blaming me!!! Started saying that every co. in India is a cheat.

        These people should be send behind bars.

        respecked sir, i have last six year sbi card holder, i am satisfied with him, but last 12 th june 2011 in my mobile i can receive one call from heritage holyday pvt ltd from new delhi, say that my sbi card no can win some benefit, for 250000.free gift & vouchers,to pay just rs.4545.00 ,i can say i dont want any gift or voucher for any chargebal amt.the company exicutive say u can not pay any amt ,first you receive our kit with original reebok sunglasses & watche &discount card,vouchers ets.than also i can say i dont want any gift. than also generat ivr one time password and done this deal, but stel today i can not receive any kit, and the company can taken payment through my sbi card before 48 days. so please revised my amt as soon as early and take any action in behalf of me. tomorro is the last date to do payment to sbi card. from. divyesh mehta.         Fraud by Heritage Holidays

        There is a company, Heritage Holidays.

        One day one of their tele-representative, called me regarding a FREE CARD on 28/04/2011. I was informed that I would get additional discounts on any future purchase though this card on my credit card bills.

        The representative made me clear that the card is free of cost. He called me almost on daily basis for this card. I was surprised how any offer can be given FREE of COST.He confirmed that it is just to promote the company.

        I am surprised to see that Rs. 4545 have been charged by Heritage Holidays through my credit CARD.

        The marketing executive of Heritage Holidays Pvt. Limited promised me lots of benefits as a SBI credit card holder without any payment.As a result I have agreed to join Take a Break Offer of Heritage Holidays.I was reluctant to part with my credi card number.They were fully aware of my residential address and other details such as my CARD NO, MOB NO, DATE OF BIRTH.All this was told to me by the tele-representative.However heritage Holidays subsequently debited my credit card account with Rs.4545/by just knowing my credit card number without knowing my secret password or onetime password from SBI card.When I enquire with SBI credit card about the debit by Heritage Holidays, I was informed by SBI credit card that they do not have any arrangement with Heritage Holidays.
        I have written about this to SBI card.My card no-[protected].I have received a small packet from the Heritage Holidays which I am returning to them.Iam late in lodging a complaint due to hospitalisation of a family member

        Heritage Holidays Pvt Ltd — Fraud in credit Card transaction

        Dear Sir,
        I want to inform you about the fraud activity carried out by heritage holidays company on my credit card.
        They have called me n 1 of his representative gave me offfer about the holiday packages in various hotels all ovr india,also they vr offering me a gift of wrist watches and sun glasses worth Rs 4040.
        also they have said that all this vl b sent to your address in a time of 1 week.and to my surprise they were also knowin my address so i thought that company might havin a good contact with SBI n they have given my information being a SBI card holder.so i accepted the terms n conditions.But to my surprise they hadnt send me any gift n any voucher.
        Its been a long time n m still surprise that they have credited amount Rs 4545 from my card on 19/5/2011 n i hadnt got anything.
        so its a humble request to please take some strong action for my case.
        hey frnds...contrary to that my expirience with them was a gud1..
        i purchased this offer in the month of march nd hav utilised it also..
        i used my holiday booking vochers to visit goa nd was quiet impressed with the hotel phoenix park inn provided by heritage holidays...plus i found the money saver card also very consumer freindly..i got good discounts against the same...
        in all it was a "PAISA WASOOL" offer.. :)

        ONE FINE MORNING I GOT A CALL FROM GURGOAN CALL ENTRE THAT YOU ARE A LUCKY WINER OF HERITAGE HOLIDAY PVT LT AND GETTING PRIZE THEN THEY FOCED FO CRADIT CARD NO AND DEDUCTED rS 6000 AND SEND SOME CHEAP GOODS AND SOME DISCOUNT COUPONS AN HOTEL BOOKING COUPENS BUT THE DISCOUNT COUPONS LAPSED ONE, EVEN I SEND THE HOTEL BOOKING COUPONS TO HERITAGE HOLIDAY PVT LD BUT THEIR IS NO RESPONCE . THIS ALL TRANSITIONS ARE MADE BY CALL CENTRES SO WHEN WE APPROCHED TO THEM ON SAME PHONE NO THEN RESPONCE IS REGRATED .
        THIS IS PURLY E MEDIA CHEATING . CAN I GO FOR LEGAL SAPPORT . KINDLY ADVICE .

          Sir,
          On 04.4.11 the company has debited my SBI CARD account through IVR for their product and services.it was made me clear at the time of offer that in case it is not acceptable to me within 15 days the money will be refunded.
          On 16.4.11 i received a gift pack. When i read the conditions i returned the pack on 18.4.11 to the company. The letetr for non acceptance of offer sent with the packet is enclosed herewith.
          No refund of Rs.4545.00 is there so far.

          We refer to telephonic sale of holiday package on your behalf and wish to submit as under:
          • I am receipt of joining gift in packet containing one optima sunglass and one Reebock wristwatch. Apart from it 5 booking request forms and one Prime money saver card no.[protected] is also received by me.
          • It was informed over the phone that joining fee of Rs.1000.00 will be debited in SBI Card account after 15 days. However instead of Rs.1000.00 an amount of Rs.4545.00 is debited on my card on the same day i.e. on 04.4.2011. No details of such charges is provided by you in your aforesaid packet.
          • No receipt/bill/cash memo etc. is submitted to me for the charges levied on my card.
          • Your money saver card in valid only in metros then why you are promoting your holiday package in small cities. Most of the retail and services outlets having arrangements with moneysaver card are not available in my city i.e.Kanpur. As such there is no use of the same to me.
          • You have not mentioned the terms and conditions of your holiday package/membership in writing. Even your internet site is also silent about the same. It seems the company is not transparent in their working/loyalty to the customers.
          • The validity of booking request forms is mentioned as April 2012,however this fact was not mentioned to me at the time of selling your product.

          In view of above facts,I am of the opinion that the offer is not suitable to me and I am returning herewith the joining gifts provided to me with request to please provide refund of Rs.4545.00 in my SBI Card account immediately. This I am returning to the commitment made over the phone that in case the offer does not suits to me , I can withdraw from the scheme within 15 days.

            I have received a call from land line number [protected] saying that you will be getting gift Rebock sun glass and wrist watch from HERITAGE HOLIDAYS PVT. in the scheme of money saver , He has called more then 15 times he has asked the credit card number on my mobile number followed by password and withdrawn the sum of Rs 4545 from my credit card number [protected] of SBI , Indore main Branch, But now we are trying to contact on above mentioned number , which is saying this number doe’s not exist , Please confirm who stranger is doing this practice , and strong steps to be taken, other wise matter will be reported to police.

              I got call from Heritage Holidays Pvt.Ltd.Their representive told me about money saver card which is completely free.Not by single sentence he told about Rs.4545/- will deduct from your SBI card. I am shocked when i received the sms from SBI that transaction of Rs 4545/- made for Heritage Holidays Pvt.Ltd.I had receive the call from[protected]when dailing reply is number is not in use)

              this man is cheating to so many person, Mr Dinesh is also one of the victim, this stranger must be trapped
              I have send mail to above mail address [protected]@ge.com, but that mail address does not exist and My mail got rejected so I believe SBI people are eqully involed in this Fraud Shame on SBI bank they are cheating their on customers.

                I ,Sujay Dutta holding SBI Credit card for last 6 years & have a good association with SBI CARD. I want to inform you that on 28.03.11 I have recd one telephone call from Heritage Holiday Pvt Ltd stating that they have provide exclusive offer to SBI Card member and explain some scheme for me with a agreement that they have send the offer to my address and if it is ok than it should accepted by me & billed the transaction to my credit card. But it has been observed that they have taken payment by IVR process with some false commitment. Same day I informed to customer care executive to cancel that payment and send one Dispute form by fax & email.

                Dear sir It is my humble request to you that cancel that transaction of Rs. 4545 on 28/3/11 on Heritage Holiday india pvt as the deal was not as per the commitment made by them.

                Sir,
                I m KAPIL KUMAR from Kanpur. ASlmost same type of complaint is there from me also.
                On 04.4.11 their marketing team offered me the membership for heritage holidays pvt.ltd.offering this offer is for SBI card holders only, which i m using for the last 5 yrs.They immediately debited Rs4545.00 in my SBI CARD a/c through IVR. It was assured to me that in case offer is not acceptable to u that can be withdrawn within 15 days.
                On 16.4.11 I received a packet containing one optima sunglass and wrist watch(Reeboc), however their scheme does not suited me and retirned entire parcel on 08.4.11 to the company with reques to refund my money debited through SBI Card(Rs.4545.00), however no refund is there so far.COPY OF THE LETTER SENT TO THE COMPANY WITH PACKET IS PASTED BELOW.
                I need ur help.

                I aggree it is a biggest froud company. They have well trained their marketing executives. Simillar thing happened to me but a slight different story.

                They said, not to pay any single penny this year and if you want you can do reneval on next year with the amount fixed by them on that time and is optional. First year will be completely free since they have selected 100 members out of Hyderabad and I'm one among them.

                They said they want to confim my address via some credit card that I use more. I confirmed 10 time since it is new company to me, that when they charge. They said, not single paise will be charged, only for address confirmation. I have done with IVR, later I receive a message for transaction from Kotak for Rs.4545/-. I called to Kotak for suspending the transaction, they said not possible also adviced never use IVR such froud companies and getting one time passward means only for money transaction and donot belive for any other committments.

                My advice to Sujay Dutta and all :
                >Never type/display your credit card#
                >They will use the word "Book Id" for once time password. They ask you to provide or type once you receive from bank. never ever give that. they can sweap on complete card amount.
                !!! REMMEMBER. One time password means you are aggreed to pay the money.
                >There are many froud IVR in marketet not approved by the banks. IVR should ask you to enter amount aggreed by you and merchant. Also, some IVR may display the number on there system as you type on your key pad, we never know.

                Many things are there..to tell. Try to avoid IVR transactions.

                Hope concenred authority will listen our voice and concerns and take action to eradicate such froud bugs.

                Recently, again I received a call from the same company. I was listening to him as i dont know any thing..:) The telecaller said, they are providing a Money Saver card free of cost. Any thing you purchage you will get a flat discount upto 25% by showing this card. I told hime, 'you must be having a limited list of merchanges like shaloons, pizza hut...where we don't go regularly'. He immediatly, cut the call. He must have came to know that, I know every thing about them :).

                I received a kit with a kit, where they given a booklet for list of merchants. Since, I'm from Hyderabad, them have provide a 10-15 merchant list belongs to New Delhi and one from Bangalore. That too the merchent are Saloons, massaging centers etc., I cant go to Delhi for cutting my hairs :). Purely, they are earning money saying this card work every where. Carefully,

                  etc but I have been cheated and my application is only because od SBI and the amount been debited to account through sbi but I have recieved only the

                  Hi.. Just want to share my experience with HHPL as i could believe that they didn't respond to your mail!!! When i got my bookings done for the trip from HHPL I was almost 2 days late but as a special gesture and on requesting them they offered me bookings on my selected location and the dates I had specified... I got their mail in spam mail and it was a matter of chance i checked it... may be in your case also this had happened ..

                  heritage holidays — Deduction of amount from credit card

                  Transaction of Rs. 4545 made on SBI Credit Card XX7786 at IVRHERITAGE HOLIDAYS P on 23 May11. I Rabindra Nath Ghosh the primary account holder of this card was shocked when i found this message on my mobile phone I have received a call from land line number [protected] saying that you will be getting gift Reebok sun glass and wrist watch from HERITAGE HOLIDAYS PVT. in the scheme of money saver and that will be absolutely for free. Also for verification they asked for my card number and the CVV number. Please get to know which is the organisation who is doing this fraud and i want this issue to be escalated to the highest level because its a huge amount that has been deducted and that to without any reasons.
