In 2015 i started the subscription of global tellink with a big amount of £100, my usage was never too much. The person who spoke to me said that you can consume these minutes in unlimited years. Then in the next 12 months i received calls to update the subscription again with £10 each time otherwise the subscription will expire which i did. Realizing this is a never ending situation of greed and dishonesty i have subsequently decided not yo continue with this company. I still have about 4000 mins to use. If the administration of this company can look into this fraud and dishonest claims at the time of marketing calls people might like to use as the call quality was not bad. Mind it the bussiness of fraud and lies will not last longer.

    When it comes to recharging the accounts This company is totally out of order and try to recharge as much as possible without providing information. One such sales agent called Guru who is operational since last one pear plus is a total fraud, completely rude arrogant person employed by the company. Despite previous complaints he is still in business and have caused to five of my known people who I introduced to Global in the past. One must not use this company as they are complete fraudsters. All sales calls are incorrect. Ask for their offers in writing as full of lies. Extremely disappointed that such fraud companies are still in existence.

    We spoke to their Manager who will not take any action against this agent Guru but happy to assure someone else will call again. Pathetic.

      My name is chandrashekhar Bhingarkar and this companies has duped me for 35, 000 as security deposite for HCL comnet Ltd., Pune by offering me job for Software Testing / Development. Person names are Divya, Rohan - [protected], Rakesh Mehra - [protected] by giving a fake Confirmation letter of HCL Technolpgies Ltd. and refusing to pay back promised 35, 000/- security deposite. HCL Hr person deatails are Aashish Desai [protected] and Sr. HR Prashant kumar [protected]. Since all this mobiles are from Delhi area police are not keen to pursue fraud case. Global Telelink services No. is [protected] from Noide Delhi are. Can somebody help me in getting my hard earned 35, 000/- security deposite. But they are demanding more money of 18, 000/- . I have got all transaction proofs with me along with email received by me. My mobile no. is [protected] email id is [protected]@yahoo.com

        Respected sir, I got a call from shine2success (the global telelink), regarding my job, they asked me to deposit 2100 in their account and i did so, they told to place in in one week after i deposited the amount, but next week rather for the placement i got a call from their side demanding 3500 for the verification process, i denied giving them the money and asked to return the money i gave before, they firstly did not agree when i said i will complaint in consumer forum they agreed to pay back the money in next 45 days Some days after the scenario i again got a call from them demanding 1500 rupees. being a student for me its really difficult to cope up with the situation . Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

          Global Telelinks — Unauthorized deduction

          HI,

          I had stopped using Global Telelink service in May, but in June Amount 100$ was deducted from my credit card with out my intervention.

          When I called the guys, no positive response from them and I have been told it takes 2 months for refund..

          Pls do not disclose your credit card number to these kind of guys and pls be aware.

          Global Telelinks — unauthorised transaction on my credit card

          hi,
          this is siddesh from New Zealand.as i was a customer of global telelinks earlier this year.i have stopped using their servies longtime back.some of their reps have stole 2times of 110$(nz) dollars without even my permission.only i have come to know about it when my monthly credit card statement comes.they have not even added the minutes for that 220$ worth calling time,i have been getting interest of 22 percent on it.
          i have lodged an complaint on 29th of October this year,they have told that they are going to reverse my money back.its been more than two months now,they have not even responded for it,
          i have been trying to chase them,but the sales reps are not forwarding my calls to their higher authorities.they keep telling that they cant transfer.i have tried talking to a rep called Nisha,they asked me to send my creditcard details.i have submitted everything,nothing happened so far,
          so i would request you to take some necessary action on this fraudester please
          Any way I discontinued the Global telelinks service,
          Those guys tortured me..almost every 3 hrs..7 days a week, .calling and asking for topup...
          ohh man..its really hell..

          Eventhough I don't want they beg to topup for 50$ or 10$...

          I think, Iam in peace in now... I do not want to use Global Telelinks in my life again...

            Unauthorized money transactions from Debit/ Credit cards

            Global Tele Links people are doing our Debit/ Credit card transactions without informing us. When I use Global tele Links services, they are storing our Debit/ Credit card details in their databases for later purpose (got this info. from one of the call center executive). I heard that call center executives has some daily limit to complete i.e SGD300, if they fail to finish this limit they are doind transactions without asking the customers....
