[Resolved]  Heritage Milk — Order marked delivered but not deliver

I have placed order #54134. Order not delivered and marking as delivered.
After that I tried to contact customer care but no contact number is there. Only ticket raised after that wait for that they will call me. but no call received.

After that call to Heritage Foods customer they will said they will call to me in 30 minutes but no call received. In morning msg received order delivered. But no agent was there. They are cheated with me. Customer care call received they are saying they will contact to agent will give me agent number.

I have already manager and delivery boy contact number but they are not picking my phone. Completely they are doing fraud with customer. No response on whatsup message . I am waiting for 4-5 day no call received not from customer care not from agent.

when I tried to call Heritage Foods Customer care they have block my number. After that I call them with another number. they said only there is no way to call Heritage Touch person only ticket raised. Third class service. So many ticket raised Still waiting for refund but not received REFUND. if you are genuine company then return my money.
