The milk is having such a bad odor and the taste is giving so much nausea . The curd from the milk also tastes horrible.

I subscribed to milk daily and curd for alternate days. Since 3 weeks iam contacting customer care and there is a repeated response like we will inform to backend team. Neither milk delivered nor money refunded.
After 3 weeks yesterday I subscribed milk to see atleast they can deliver from now on, but this time I got only message like milk delivered at your door step, so I eagerly went outside and checked even shoe racks. But milk is not there.
Coming to app when we click customer care it will open a ticket but after customer care team calls us ticket will close without following up further updates
Please have a look and resolve the issue

I took a subscription of milk daily and curd is alternate days, since 3 weeks nothing got delivered and when I cancelled also not refunded money. Also when I subscribed again without delivered milk got message milk delivered at your door step. Worst customer care service and they will simply close the ticket by saying technical team is working on it
Really disappointed with heritage tuch app and it is with reputed heritage company. Please help me to resolve this issue asap

I have placed order #54134. Order not delivered and marking as delivered.
After that I tried to contact customer care but no contact number is there. Only ticket raised after that wait for that they will call me. but no call received.

After that call to Heritage Foods customer they will said they will call to me in 30 minutes but no call received. In morning msg received order delivered. But no agent was there. They are cheated with me. Customer care call received they are saying they will contact to agent will give me agent number.

I have already manager and delivery boy contact number but they are not picking my phone. Completely they are doing fraud with customer. No response on whatsup message . I am waiting for 4-5 day no call received not from customer care not from agent.

So many ticket raised Still waiting for refund but not received REFUND. if you are genuine company then return my money.

My subscription #69847. I am using since last 3 months. Very much disappointed. In every subscription they will miss 1 or 2 deliveries. The local person will call you n say that he will refund you. You have to call him multiple times. You will feel like a beggar. You can't call customer care. You have to submit a complaint. A ticket will be raised. Then when they will get time they will call you. After listening to your complaint they said they will resolve issue. After that no call no feedback no resolution. Again you will raise ticket n again same process. Still I gave multiple chances. But I don't think their will be any improvement.
Very unprofessional team. On 15 n 16 oct I didn't receive milk packet. I raised issue multiple times. No resolution. No feedback. No amount returned. The local person not picking phone.

I have subscribed the milk in HERITAGE TOUCH APP from 31 august 2022 for 10 days with subscription #65746 and #65745. I wait for delivery but in morning I did not received the milk. After that I tried to contact customer care but no contact number is there. Only ticket raised after that wait for that they will call me. but no call received.

After making curd from heritage milk it is sticky like greeze and it's very jiddu

As soon as I opened the packet of heritage milk, there were small-sized insects, not one many floating together.

My question is milk is consumed across every age, kids, adults and older citizens, who are responsible for not checking across something so gross, this is not acceptable.

who has even allowed them to do business?

Today's date 19 June 2022. My residence ordnance factory eddumailaram sangareddy dist telegana. After opening milk packet I found a small lizard dead. How you will compensate this and what type of screening you are taking for your final output.

Details here iam food specialist, i want to give feedback on our family sight on heritage milk and curd. Curd is bad and oily and contains oily. Please make sure before packing..., consequence of bad curd

We had taken the milk subscription for heritage milk every alternate day. Since beginning the heritage supplier was delivering very late after 9 am and sometimes after 10 am. This was too late, but since last four days they completely stopped delivering us the milk. Now that we are contacting the numbers no one receives the phone. Still 100 packets worth 240 rs in total is pending from the heritage. The company is so flithy that they never resolve our complaints and their app is useless.

They are behaving like uneducated people they want to dupe people of money by delivering poor service. Now that I file the online complaint they hardly respond. I want heritage to transfer the money to my account.

Never opt for heritage milk, such a nasty company. Frauds in it

Heritage foods company produces milk with its least quality. When i drink tea with this milk gets lot of gastric problem. If i make curd with it, it gets creamy texture as they mix large quantity of milk powder. I think it only contains milk powder and water. We have to throw curd as it comes out ugly. I never buy heritage milk again. Owners should rethink on people's health as they are the main reason to spoil human health for its hormonal changes in the body.
Please take further action on them.

The product is not 100% milk and seems to be made from a chemical component. You can see the color of the milk and it looks bright white like a paint.

When we make tea, the tea doesnt taste well. We cant even think of drinking it as milk because it has a weird taste to it

We avoid as much as we can from buying this milk. But every time we buy it because no other milk is available, we see this issue.

We dont see this issue with nandini milk, tirumala milk and other such brands

Caution!! Beware!! They may be selling adulterated synthetically prepared adulterated milk prepared from synthetic hazardous chemicals. I felt extreme vomiting and headache immediately after drinking heritage milk in bangalore. The synthetic chemicals that they may be using are extremely hazardous for kidney and liver. My neighbours in my society have also been constantly complaining about adulteration issue with heritage milk bangalore.

Bought heritage special toned milk last week which is supposed to be used before 90 days from date of manufacture.
Date of manufacture was on 19.09.2016. It is also mentioned that, it is to be refrigerated once opened. But when I opened the pack for use on 20.10.2016, I found that it is spoiled. To be noted that it was stored in a cool dark place.

I usually buy cavins toned milk, which I use it even after 60 - 70 days of manufacture, and I have never experienced this kind.
This experience with heritage milk was very bad, which I am very upset... It is just 30 days from the Date of manufacture, where the company claims it to be best before 90 days.

Hi ! I found here (Bachupally) people are selling milk packets of Heritage for Rs.15 and the actual MRP is Rs.13. Many times we asked them to reduce the price which exceeds MRP. They are not bothered and still doing the same.
I request correspondig officials should respond on the same.

I happened ot use the Heritage milk whihc is priced at 10 Rs. While boiling the milk we felt the milk was adultrated as some creamy substance was sticking on the vessle. The milk was not spoilt. Seems like the milk was mage out of some powder. Kindly look into the same...
