I Shivchandra Prajapati, Bought a Car from Your Heritage Motors, Patlipada Branch on 18/08/2022.
In last 13 days I had faced several issues in this car. I like to Highlight all the issues date wise below.
1) 18/08/2022 - I had drive this car from your showroom to my place. While parking this car it’s got stopped couldn’t get start. After 15 mins automatically get start. I thought I had done some mistakes unknowingly. So it’s couldn’t start that time. Same time I had call you representative and informed this issue.
2) 21/08/2022 - I had planned to Visit Some temples along with my family. At Petrol Pump this car again got stopped for atleast 1 hour. I took help from some strangers pushed this car and parked some safe place. Again I had tried to start this car after 2-3 attempts it’s started. I came to Heritage Showroom to share this issues with Sales Person.
Same time again this car not in working condition. Even they had tried many times.
They asked me to drop this at showroom they send to workshop and get resolved the problem. Very next day they called me and dropped the car at my place. I had asked the problem in the car. But I he replied their no problem they found.
3) 26/08/2022 - I had planned for Dinner along with my family. But again I got huge embarrassment in front of everyone. This car got stopped in middle of the road with huge traffic. I was stuck their almost 2 hours. Car shows the indication of overheating of car. I have called your representatives. Same time I had checked their is no coolant in this car.
After 2 hours some people came from your workshop along with coolant. But coolant pipe was installed.
4)01/09/2022 - I had planned for Ganpati Visarjan. My family members are waiting with Idol for visarjan. But again I got this humiliation in front of everyone. I had tried to start this car. I had wasted my 50 mins. Than I decided now I will not tolerate anymore. I came to showroom I had given a key to Branch Manager along with one complaint letter.
Kindly note my clear statement
”I WANT MY FULL REFUND or NEW CAR IMMEDIATELY”
Heritage Motors took my harden money and gave scrap.
