Heritage Motors — System Failure and Tyres Chip off

I purchased Safari XZA, Kaziranga in month of May.

30th Sep on the way from Office to home, the right side wheels went into pot holes, car was on rough mode...speed was slow due to traffic.
I saw Systems for auto shifts of mode failed, warning appeared on speedo meter...Still drove back to home

Next day I saw both tyres chipped off and some impact on tyre rim too...

I dont know, with great features of Safari, how systems can fail in between, that too on rough road...during city drive?

Is this what I get from Tata Motors..?

The Service centre says go for insurance claim for tyre replacement
