I purchased Safari XZA, Kaziranga in month of May.

30th Sep on the way from Office to home, the right side wheels went into pot holes, car was on rough mode...speed was slow due to traffic.
I saw Systems for auto shifts of mode failed, warning appeared on speedo meter...Still drove back to home

Next day I saw both tyres chipped off and some impact on tyre rim too...

The wors service conter that we have come across, They have been promising for delivering the car from 12 days now first they started off telling they will deliver the car by the 29th May then they moved it to 02nd June now they have moved it to 4th June and then they moved to 6th June and now they moved to 8th june and now 10th June now they are saying we will deliver the car by the 13rd june

Such a reputed company like tata...

I have booked Tata altorz XM+ form heritage motors GB road on 9th of Dec 2021,

they made multiple promises sequence are below.
1. 20 Jan 2022
2. 30 Jan 2022
3. 1st week of Feb 2020
4. 15 Feb 2020
5. last week of Feb.
6. 1st week of march
7. now they said 2nd week of march

this is total harassment every time the say 100% sure you will get car by this date. br...

I planed to buy tata altroz XM+ Petrol in Dec 2021. so went to nearby showroom Heritage motors Thane. I visited there and booked tata altroz XM+ Petrol on 9th of Dec 2021 gave them the advance and purchase order.

They told to wait for 1 month, you will get a car in jan month end i told them try for 24 Jan as its my son first birthday.
alter follow ups on 20 jan they said you will get on 1 week of feb, then 15 of feb...

I planed to buy tata nexon XE Diesel in Sep2021. so went to nearby showroom Heritage motors Thane. I visited there and booked Tata nexon XE diesel. gave them the advance and purchase order.
They told to weight for 1 month. then again 1 month increased. so after 2.5 months I visite showroom to take update. after discussion, and while checking the vehicle update they have informed me that this models is not in production from june.br...
