Herman Network Services — Cheating in the name of mobile phone | |||
Sir my name is K Praveen. I have received a call from [protected] around 20th of June. They said that they are calling from samsung company.. You won a samsung grand 2 phone. You need to pay only 3500 to get the phone. They said payment have to be made on cash on delivery and parcel will be delivered by post. On 16th july parcel came. I received call from the same number again before taking delivery. They said ur phone has arrived and make payment and take delivery. When i asked them about regarding any defect in the phone they said you have a query form inside parcel and any defects u just write on the form and submit nearest samsung service center. When i took delivery i opened the parcel there is goddess laxmi yantra. When i called back they said parcel wrongly delivered and u complaint has been lodged. Now the no not responding. When i checked in internet in the name of the company "Herman Network Services" I came to know i got cheated. Please help me in this issue.. save people from this kind of cheating company.
