Hero Fincorp — deducted from my account for emi and customer care is not their to help

On 16th jan 2020 i tried to pay my emi for Loan no:GANTWL[protected] through amazon pay upi and amount were deducted from my account and transaction failed in their payment page, as it was failed i tried to contact customer care number but it was always busy, so i mailed them about the matter and i got reply from them asking account details and shared it too, later that their is no response from them. i am trying to call them for last 5 days but still their line is busy.
