Hero Fincorp Ltd — complaint against hero fin corp ltd collection team | |||
Dear Sir, My name is mohammad bilal khan and i take two wheeler loan from hero fin corp ltd ltd and my loan no is (AGHTWL[protected]) in the above name. I have a complaint regarding collection team. I have not paid two instalment of my bike (UP81BP2064).I am jobless since 7 months and my daughter suffering from very rare deficiencies and all savings will go for her treatment that's why i am not paid my installment on time.Yesterday 07 may 2018 Collection team called me at his office and i am sit there around one and a half hour after so much time they took my bike without any paper work and without my permission and singh. Kindly tell me this is the way they took my bike and there is no rule for customer. Collection teem run there office like a mafia.Its no hearing for customer . मेरे लोन की कोई भी क़िस्त बाकि नहीं हँ फिर भी बैंक से मुझे क़िस्त बाकि के मेसेज और फोन आ रहे हँ और मेरी क़िस्त 8/10/18 की जगह 24/09/10 को ही काट ली जिस कारन मुझे भारी नुकसान लग गया
