Hi Sir good after noon, My name is seshu kumar, i have took loan from hero fincorp against loan number :HYDLPL[protected], But i have paid principle outstanding with preclosure charges on 27/02/2021 with refence number :KPG-[protected] amount of 58, 103.57/-on that day as per repayment schedule princple amount is 54, 793/-surprisingly they are chasing and harsing me to pay the amount of 7, 983.69/-, as well as they submitted cheque bounce...

Before last Two months I was applied for NOC but till time not received. Dealer also not respond properly....

Hero FinCorp Ltd IS Fraud, 1st time emi bounce, then monthly auto debit amount monthly 3-4 time without my intimation and high rate of interest.

Few months back I came know that a two wheeler loan from hero fincorp ltd is wrongly updated in my cibil of which I'm unaware. I mailed Hero Fincorp ltd multiple times about the issue but they paid not attention to it. Now it's been more than 5 months and still the issue is pending. Please help to resolve the issue.

Already we paid all the 21 months due.19 months from my account and 2 months during covid ur agent came and collected money.hence we don’t have any pending dues.when the dues are paid in cash first upload in ur system.today we received a legal notice asking to pay the due but since we already paid we are not ready to pay any further

I have taken loan from suncity branch Hyderabad.i made requests several times for pre clouser my loan through personal as well as through online. But no response till now . Even after deducting my EMI again they were present ing about EMI deduction which was effecting by CBIL score. And if any problem arises no body was there from company side to answer .

Hfcl allow me for moratorium on April n may.2020.but ECS is on going n so my bank has deducted the charges as ecs return charg, in twise a month in April n may.this is unlawful activities, n time to time a have received called from your company to repay my dues of April n may.this is on type of harassment pl stop this. My complaint is that, my EMI is Rs.2782.00 per month for my scooty
The last/Previous EMI Rs.2782.00 has been WITHDARWAL_ACH_Debit -HeroFincorpLtd. on dtd. 08/05/2020 & the same has been Hold/Debit from my existing account by 15/05/2020.
So, how come it is possible to debit same EMI twice in a week during lockdown.
Sir, My request is that, kindly take necessary action in this regards and credit the same to my account.

I have received 8 calls in the span of 2 hours from hero finance collection team (Just 1 lady calling constantky) for my bike payment even after giving the date and time for collecting your payment. Post the 8th call your collection associate has sent me an sms asking me " r u thief ". I have thia in writing as a proof.

Better a senior member of your team call me immediately to sort this out.. Unless u dont care about your customers or have no regard for your companys reputation.

Dear sir my loan application id is 3481392 i am submitted emi of my bike without doing any delay but always company is sending warning message and the loan ajent is also come to me asked for emi when i show him my transaction i'd[protected] in the beginning i have done phone call to customer care tell all matter but nothing happen. I the time of buying the loan ajent had taken 3500 rs with fraud this all are very bad sir there is no value of customers. Compny should do anything for that. Thanks

I have taken hero fincorp 2 wheeler loan. The account from which my monthly emi is deduct, i want to replace that account with new one and for that i requested to customer care and pune branch manager gopal sapkal to change the account. But they are not supporting me. Customer care regret to raise complaint also.. Even i pay the emi at time, they deduct emi bouncing charges in that. Please help me.

I am writing this message to inform that when i asked for my rc original to manager vijay initially he told before 2day he as provided to executive (Naveen) but later i spoke to executive he put conference call with me and vijay he scolded me in bad words and threatening me to come to his place by sharing location in bad words.

Is this the way you treat your custome then i don't need your loan amount and don't want to proceed further if no action was taken against him.

My name is mohammad bilal khan and i take two wheeler loan from hero fin corp ltd ltd and my loan no is (AGHTWL[protected]) in the above name.
I have a complaint regarding collection team. I have not paid two instalment of my bike (UP81BP2064).I am jobless since 7 months and my daughter suffering from very rare deficiencies and all savings will go for her treatment that's why i am not paid my installment on time.Yesterday 07 may 2018 Collection team called me at his office and i am sit there around one and a half hour after so much time they took my bike without any paper work and without my permission and singh.
Kindly tell me this is the way they took my bike and there is no rule for customer. Collection teem run there office like a mafia.Its no hearing for customer .

Kindly look at this matter and take strick action

I, yenireddy sudhakar, applied used car loan on[protected] and the amount was santioned and released on[protected]; repayment schedule was also sent to me, starts from 8-2-2018 which amounts rs.9387 per month .But the loan amount was not yet received. At the same time related personal were not responding for my phone calls.
